“Business Ethics”

2: Abstract:
The objective of this study is to how to run the business, what are the ethics of
business. Business Ethics is an important aspect for business community. This
research is based on how to run the business and what are the rules for running a
business. It will affect the whole business.

3: Introduction:
Business field is a different field related with other fields. Ethics are very
important in business field. Most of the people do not know the ethics of the
business, they just run the busine ss according to their mind. The large companies
follow the ethics of the business so that’s why their businesses are run in a proper
way. International organizations are famous for their rules and regulations. They
run their companies with proper discipline and ethics.

4: Literature Review:
Peter F. Drucker was extremely ethical in his outlook. He was one of the most
ethical individuals. Druker looked at ethics from various viewpoints. He began
with ethical values and then increased his research to both geographically and
historically.
Business Ethics is the main aspect of running any type of business, when a
person is less educated and he does not have the knowledge of accounting tools, so
then he will calculate manually and it is time consuming and data is not saved
permanently.
A lot of researchers tried to explain the definition of Business ethics, but the
perfect one is of Drucker. The ethics of personal responsibility from the physician
Hippocrates “Primom Non Nocere” which in English means above all or first do
no harm.

5: Hypothesis:
Hypothesis 1: Business ethics is positively related to Global World.
It means that Business ethics has positive impact on Global World. This will
increase your business value and will provide global effect. This also will work as
a marketer for you.

Hypothesis 2: Business ethics is negatively related to depression.


It is a key factor for depression. As your business is expanded, your mind will
be depressed. Our mind needed rest also but if we always doing work and our mind
is present in business then it will be depressed and it will affect your health also.
