Governments make policy to ensure the childern in a particular family must not excede a defined limit.

Policy makers do impose some restrictions on the family and apply extra tax if the family violates.
Although I agree the number of childern must be controlled, better plan can be formulated to tackle the
issue.

Over Population can result into number of serious problems. Resources in our planet Earth are limited, if
population grows significantly, then the resources will be depleated exponentially. Resulting into famine
and many other unavoidable circumstances. Overpopulation will also lead to densly populated urban
areas, turning them to slums. Lastly, people will move to rural areas for residential purposes. Therefore,
agricultral land will turn to housing societies. Consequently, depleating more resources.

It is the right and obligation of the Government to control population. However, a more llineant and
socially acceptable plan must be formulated. Increasing the number of taxes on the family that has more
childern will put a financial pressure on them. Government lead awarness programs can be initiated. A
nation wide advertisment trough social and print media should be started to increase the awarness
among families. Celabrities and social media activist can be taken in line through endorsements.

In conclusion, overpopulation reduces our resources and can put an undue pressure on our society.
Government can formulate more acceptable plan than taxes, such as awarness programs through
advertisment.
