 What happens?

 What are expected of the participants?

o Access to internet during synchronous class

o dressed appropriately (smart casual/uniform)
o Join the link 5-10 mins before the actual start of the class
o Learners will have to open their camera throughout the duration of synchronous class
o Microphones are muted; unmute when asked to respond
o Do not position yourself in places against the source of light
o As much as possible, find the quietest place in the house and where there is a strong
connection
o Remind your child not to engage in nay other activities while the online class is going on
o The online class is recorded under strict observance of the provisions of Data Privacy Act
of 2012
 What are expected of the parents?
o Supervise participation of your child throughout the whole process
o Encourage the child to perform independently
o Document the activities via taking photos/ recording videos
o Submit photos thru messenger
o Always keep your communication lines open for possible call, texts and virtual messages
