What will you take if you choose between a day with
technology and a day without technology? Why?

If I have given a chance to choose between the two, I will take a day
without technology. Yes, I know it sounds difficult but I guess I should take it as a
challenge. Modern technology has taken over the world. Most of us cannot
imagine going a day without touching or using the technologies we are used to.
Almost everything that we do nowadays is dependent on technology. To name a
couple, we have tablets, smartphones, and computers. Technology is valuable, but
it can be overused and often misapplied at times. Some people are hooked to their
phones or computers. You've also seen how individuals are constantly searching
their phones for calls or emails. Others keep searching or log in to their devices.
We want to know who has emailed us and what they want. Often, it's just due to an
addiction. It is important to have a day without using technologies. Although many
people cannot picture life without technology, letting go and having a break every
once in a while can be soothing and keep us sane.
From that, we can have a quality time to our loved ones especially our
family. We can bond enough to them with no interruptions. Keeping off
technology allows us to have outdoor activities and engaged in games that will lead
us to enjoy a day. It will reduce our stress and anxiety towards our work or in
school. Lastly, we can have a better sleep and keep ourselves healthy. I know that
living a life without technology will be totally impossible. However, we should
have a limitations on using it. Therefore, we can live a good life.
