INTRODUCTION LESSON

HOW TO CREATE A LARGE FOLLOWING AND HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL ON INSTAGRAM:

1. PREPARE YOURSELF FOR SUCCESS:

Your foundation, as in any successful business, is key to your Instagram success! Before
posting any kind of content think about exactly what you would like to do and follow this
outline:

DECIDE ON A GENRE OR ”NICHE” THAT YOU WANT YOUR PAGE TO BE A PART OF-
There are many different genres that you may want to be part of such as:
*Fitness *Electronics
*Beauty *Sports
*Travel *Business
*Security *Food
And a lot more

Pick the one that you want to have your page belong to and remember that you want it to be
a business account so you can monetize your page.

CHOOSE A PROFESSIONAL COLOR LOOK-

What does that mean? Well you want your page to have a “professional” look to its content,
profile and logo. Make certain that you decide on colors that go well with each other like red.
White and blue, black and yellow, red and white etc. This will give your page a “Professional
Look”

DECIDE ON A GOOD USER NAME-

This is very important as you want your page to contain some KEY WORDS that will allow
your page to be easily found. Some examples of this are “Entrepreneur”, “success”,
“Business” etc.

BUSINESS LOGO-
Design a good looking and simple logo that will attract the eye and contain your business
colors that will be prevalent in the content of your page. Logos do not have to be
complicated as simple usually works best.

CREATE A “BIO” FOR YOUR PAGE-

Get some inspiration from reading some bios from other successful pages in your niche and
use hashtags that are relevant to your business. Make the bio short and include keywords,
hashtags and emojis plus your logo and story highlights and remember to use the colors that
you have decided on.
2. CONTENT:
It is very important that you understand that you MUST POST something on your page EVERY
DAY! Going that consistent is key to having a successful page! If you happen to miss even one
day, this will hamper your reach and damage your engagement numbers and consequently it
will hurt your rank on hashtags! Again, BE CONSISTENT!

Ideally, you want to post valuable and high quality content and make it “FIT” your particular
niche. Look at other successful content on other pages and get inspired by these. Do not
copy other content but get some ideas and customize your content with your own ideas and
remember to design it with your colors and your logo. A watermark logo is always good so
you will be recognizable.

3. STORY TIME:
The Story feature … you want to use the “Story” feature at least 8 times per day. You can use
it more often but we recommend using it frequently. There are many ways to use the Story
feature. This is important as with this feature you will be engaging your followers by
including polls, questions, quizzes, votings, etc to show your audience that you are ACTIVE on
Instagram! Also, you can include posts, from related pages in your niche and share them in
your story. So, besides using the polls, votings etc, your followers will be engaged with other
content in your story. Make sure you use hashtags and gifs in your story also.
Highlights …. Create Story “Highlights” to make your page look “full”. This is a simple way to
provide your audience a feeling of getting more “value”. Include highlights like:

. Tip of the day

. Growing
. Working
. Shoutouts
and a lot more

Also, you want to have an ABOUT ME highlight where you can share with your audience a
sense of where your own story began, what your goals and intentions are and this builds a
better trust and relationship with your audience. You can also include a quick video or some
key pictures showing that you are “REAL” and that you want them to get to know YOU
better. Make sure your highlights fit your niche, make sure to keep them updated and also
you can do some SHOUTOUTS for SHOUTOUTS with similar sized pages. Just repost a post
from a page that you visited, mention it in your story and tell your audience to follow that
page … in turn your SHOUTOUT partner will do the same for you!
4. DAILY POSTING:
There are no Words to explain the importance of POSTING EVERY SINGLE DAY!
You want results. You want success. Post! You need to get in the habit of posting at least 3
times per day. Posting once is ok but will not get you the results you want. This is a very
important step in your page being all it can be. If you want the best results, post at least 3
times a day. With that being said, posting 3 times a day can take some time and you will
need to prepare some content to do it consistently but it will pay off nicely in the end!
Remember you get out what you put in!
Write a CAPTION for every post. The captions can contain:
- A Question for your audience like: “Do you agree?”
- A short statement
- An ACTION request like: Tag a friend, Dave this post, Share this post etc
- A request to follow your page
- Hashtags (no more than 30 per post)

5. ENGAGING YOUR AUDIENCE:

You want to reach the most people possible with your posts. You want HIGH EARLY
engagement. This is achieved when people LIKE, COMMENT SHARE and SAVE your post after
you post it. The first 15 minutes to the first hour that your post is up is the most important
time. So, to make sure it is optimized, we use and ENGAGEMENT Group called EXECUTIVE
MAFIA. When you Google EXECUTIVE MAFIA you will find that there are 3 groups on
telegram that you can join every 2 to 3 hours. Here people engage with each other posts,
give and get likes and comments and this makes it possible to BLOW UP your post in your
chosen Hashtags and reach as many people as possible. Check them out!

6. ACTION BLOCKS/BANNS:
Action Blocks are not good. An Action Block will temporarily block you from doing a specific
action such as likes, comments, posts, caption, DMs and Follow/ unfollows. Action blocks
happen when you do TOOO MANY actions in too short amount of time. New accounts have a
tendency to get blocked quickly and often because Instagram believes that your page could
be a bot. The longer you have your page and the more actions you do the less chance there
will be that IG will block you. This takes time and patience until IG gets accustomed to the
amount of actions that you take.

THE FIRST ACTION BLOCK MIGHT ONLY LAST A FEW HOURS BUT THE MORE OFTEN YOU GET
ONE, THE LONGER THE BLOCK WILL LAST! This will obviously damage your account reach and
engagement and it just delays you getting back to a normal reach.
TO AVOID BLOCKS TAKE BREAKS WHEN YOU DO ACTIONS AND DO NOT DO TOO MANY
ACTIONS PER HOUR. ALSO KEEP YOUR ACTIONS LOW PER DAY.
If you get blocked, DO NOT … again DO NOT try to do the action for which you got blocked
again. Wait several hours and when you are unblocked again be VERY CAREFUL to do less
actions or you will immediately get blocked again! The first block will not affect your page
drastically but as we said the more blocks you get the worse it will be.
