CREPUSCULO

Bella, a seventeen-year-old girl who lived with her mother after her parents separated. When
her mother went on a trip with her new husband Bella decided to move with her father for a
time, who got her a new school in the town of Forks, Washington.
It is there where she meets Edward, a young man with great beauty and paleness who caught
the attention of the new student. After a few days, when the two of them had already
exchanged glances, Edward saved Bella from being crushed by a car. The boy demonstrated
supernatural strength and impressive speed by stopping the car with his hand without any
problem. Something practically impossible for the human being.
Edward also began to feel a great attraction for Bella, realizing that she was the only person
whose mind he could not read. One day Bella was invited to the beach at La Push, where she
met Jacob, the son of a friend of her father. The boy told her that Edward was not going there
because her family had signed a vampire agreement with her great-great-grandfather fifty
years ago.

All of this added to her supernatural strength, her speed and the way she fled from the sun
made Bella come to the conclusion that Edward was a vampire. After the young woman
confirmed this, a romance began between them, which meant a danger for Bella, but both did
not want to get away from each other, a great love was already being born between them. See

After Bella met Edward's family they all went to play baseball one night. Everything was
going very well until three vampires appeared, one of them was James, who is a hunter. I try
to attack Bella but the Cullen family and especially Edward protect her. They decide that the
best thing is for Bella to stay away from there for a while, since her life was in danger.

When leaving the city Bella receives a call from James who threatens to kill her mother if
she does not meet him. The young human decides to go to the meeting where she discovered
that everything was a hoax. James hit her and bit her wrist but at that moment Edward and
his family appeared who saved her and prevented the bite from turning her into a vampire.

Bella didn't want Edward to extract the poison from James to become a vampire like him and
be able to be together. However the young vampire did, he wanted Bella to continue living
her human life. Twilight the book culminates when Edward takes Bella to the school's end-
of-the-year dance, where they discuss her immortality.
