6.1.4 Cable Routing Principles

The cable routing principles are as follows:
l During cable routing, reserve a radian that is five times bigger than the cable diameter
at each cable root. Reserve a radian that is three times big than the cable diameter
at each cable bend.
l After cable routing, tighten the fixing screw of the plug.
l Different configurations require different cables. Select cables according to actual
configurations.
l Bind all the cables gently by using line deductions. All the bound cables should be
neatly arranged without crossing or turning, and they are bound not too tightly or
loosely.
l Increase or reduce binding points according to cable branches. Fix the binding points,
turnings, and branch points.
l Cut smoothly the extra lengths of line deductions.
l Keep more than 50 mm distance between a power cable and a signal cable when they
are routed in parallel.
