Bread Street Kitchen & Bar
Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is internationally renowned Chef, Gordon Ramsay’s fourth outpost of the
popular London Eatery and his biggest and busiest restaurant globally. Opening in October 2015, Bread
Street Kitchen & Bar offers a high quality, yet informal dining experience with a British European menu.
A stylish, yet accessible destination, Bread Street Kitchen offers delicious dishes such as the signature
Beef Wellington (of which 10,000 are sold per year) - making it the most popular dish on the menu,
Lobster Tagliolini and the Ice Cream Counter, which scoops out 1,500 ice creams per week.
Open from 12:00–15:30 for lunch (until 18:00 on Saturday); 12:30–16:00 for Friday Brunch; 18:00–22:30

o When it comes to food, this signature dish is like a whole Sunday lunch for two to share.

o Enjoy a classic Gordon Ramsay roast beef or chicken with Yorkshire puddings, crispy

o Bread Street Kitchen has also launched a new ‘Host My Roast’ dining option, which is

o Join us for dinner every Tuesday and enjoy hand crafted pies paired with a full-flavored
craft beer, a specially selected glass of wine and so much more. Food lovers can look
forward to enjoying Chicken & Morel Pie with Short Crust Pastry, your classical Steak Pie
and H41 Craft Beer. For those with a sweet tooth, keep an eye out for BSK’s decadent
take on Banoffee Pie, as well as some all-time classic pies such as Apple & Cinnamon and
Lemon Meringue.

NOBU
This world-renowned restaurant was Nobu’s first foray into the region bringing Celebrity Chef Nobu
Matsuhisa’s redefined Japanese cuisine to Dubai. The cutting edge Japanese style fused with South
American influences includes legendary dishes such as Black Cod seared and served with sweet miso
sauce. The exciting fusion menu of Nobu Atlantis is complemented by a sushi bar and a wood burning
oven.
The uber stylish restaurant, part owned by Robert De Niro, takes influence from the original 1993 New
York outlet, but boasts a beautiful Japanese garden – a tranquil space with its own freshly grown herbs,
which guests can enjoy in the winter months. Regarded as offering some of the best sushi and sashimi
in the world, Nobu sells 364,000 pieces alone at the Dubai restaurant.

• Nobu Noir
o Enter the most sophisticated ladies’ night in Dubai with Nobu Noir. The only place to be
seen every Monday evening from 8:30pm until 11pm, the Japanese Peruvian hotspot
serves complimentary cocktails and a selection of tapas for AED 40 throughout the
evening in the setting of the stylish bar. The evening delivers live entertainment with a
DJ set from David DeLuca, serving up funky old school anthems and early 2000’s R&B
hits, as well as a live performance from Australian X Factor finalist Jaymie Deville.

RONDA LOCATELLI
Celebrity Michelin star chef Giorgio Locatelli creates a rustic, warm and inviting restaurant that blends
the charm of an Italian countryside with the modernity of Dubai. Authentic, classic Italian cuisine is
blended seamlessly with new flavours, using the freshest of ingredients with 50 gluten free dishes
offered by the team who are highly trained in cooking for guests with food allergies. Giorgio’s famous
pizza is served hot from the brick oven, the centrepiece of the restaurant, which sees 62,400 pizzas
cooked per year. Homemade pasta and other Italian classics can be enjoyed in the inviting restaurant or
beautiful outside terrace, which is lined with olive trees reminiscent of Chef Locatelli’s Sicilian olive
grove where he makes his renowned olive oil, used in the restaurant.

SEAFIRE
A modern steakhouse and bar boasting an exceptional butchery, open theatrical kitchen and a walk-in
wine cellar with more than 4,000 bottles. Only a few restaurants in the Middle East can boast their own
cattle reared for their diners and Seafire is one of them with our own brand of “Certified Atlantis” cattle
from Australia. The highlight of the menu is the Master Kobe Tenderloin, an exquisite cut of beef, as
well as the most popular choice - the 250g fillet steak with 18,000 portions served each year. As well as
steak, seafood is also very popular with roughly 300 oysters and 100 lobsters served weekly.

YUAN
A fine dining Cantonese and Szechuan gastronomic adventure awaits guests at the super stylish YUAN
restaurant, with design influences taken from Siheyuan - a traditional Chinese house. YUAN is the home
of delectable Dim Sum created by Chef David Pang who serves almost 2,000 pieces per week, with
varieties such as Crispy Bean Curd Skin Roll with Shrimp and Steamed Chicken Dumpling Infused with
Shrimp, Mushroom and Tobiko. YUAN has welcomed elite clientele including Kim Kardashian, Jourdan
Dunn and Jackie Chan amongst others. The YUAN bar is a sophisticated hot spot amongst Dubai’s
movers and shakers, where guests can enjoy exclusive cocktails such as the bestselling Lychee Martini,
enjoyed to the smooth Nu Disco sounds of YUAN’s resident DJ.

• Yum Cha Brunch


o Yum Cha is the Chinese traditional of drinking tea in the morning or afternoon while
eating dim sum.

• Yi By YUAN
o Thursday nights will never be the same again, following the launch of Yi by YUAN, a
brand-new ladies’ night concept introduced by the stylish Chinese hotspot. Taking its
meaning from the Chinese word for joy and harmony amongst women, Yi by YUAN will
be serving all night complimentary cocktails as well as 30 per cent off a special YUAN
menu, created exclusively by Executive Oriental Chef, David Pang.

OSSIANO
Enter a unique world of mesmerising tranquility surrounded by the ocean life of the Ambassador Lagoon
– one of the biggest aquariums in the world. Guests can enjoy an award-winning, fine dining experience
as they gaze into 11 million litres of seawater, which is home to 65,000 marine animals including sharks
and stingrays. Known as Dubai’s most romantic restaurant, it comes as no surprise that Ossiano sees
more marriage proposals than anywhere else at Atlantis, The Palm.

Aside from the stunning setting, the multi-award-winning restaurant offers contemporary cuisine
inspired by the sea and infused with modern Mediterranean flavours, such as Caramelised Black
Linguine, Almond Foam and Zucchini. Ossiano serves more than 40kg of seafood every week, including
Beluga Caviar, which costs AED 4,700 per 50g serving. Guests can choose from decadent a la carte and
set menus – hand chosen by Chef de Cuisine, Gregiore Berger.

AYAMNA
Atlantis, The Palm’s newest signature restaurant, Ayamna, (launched March 2016) presents a passionate
fusion of beautifully-sourced plates, traditional entertainment and live music that evokes the warm and
lively atmosphere of Lebanese hospitality. Translated as “our memorable days” Ayamna is Lebanese
cuisine reimagined by Chef de Cuisine, Ali Elbourji, that pays homage to the tastes, flavours and
traditions of Lebanon. The wide variety of dishes include the traditional mezze, Lebanese mixed grills
and signature dishes such as Lobster with Saffron. Using only the finest and freshest ingredients, guests
can watch our passionate culinary team in action at Ayamna’s impressive open plan kitchen.

SAFFRON
Saffron offers 20 theatrical live cooking stations, as chefs bring a refreshing sense of energy and vitality
to every culinary performance. Saffron offers a variety of international cuisines focusing on the freshest
ingredients. Breakfast offers a full choice of specialties including typical European, Arabic and American
flavours.

• Friday Fundamentals Brunch


o Winner of Best Bruch in Dubai and a consistent contender for the most popular brunch
of the week, this Friday institution offers over 220 different dishes. Fill your plate and
your glass with fantastic food and drinks with entertainment served by a resident DJ.

• Seafood - Tuesdays
o Seafood Tuesdays are exactly that. A sumptuous seafood experience where the freshest
fish and finest shellfish are infused with international and Asian flavours. From lobster

• Great Wall of China - Wednesdays
o Every Wednesday, Saffron serves up an amazing array of traditional and authentic

KALEIDOSCOPE
A sumptuous international buffet restaurant featuring dishes from around the world, including
Mediterranean, North African and Indian speciality dishes. The family restaurant offers fresh delicacies
from pizza and pastas to indigenous curries and tandoors. An ideal setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner,
a covered outdoor terrace provides vistas over the Royal Pool and The Palm.

Arabic coffee house Platos located just off the grand lobby offers refreshments anytime day or night.
With a connoisseur’s collection of coffees, teas, pastries, macaroons and Arabic sweets as well as fine
spirits in the evening, this coffee house is the perfect place to catch up with friends or family.
Asia Republic offers vibrant contemporary Asian dining, drawing inspiration from cuisines of South East
Asia, Korea and China. The diverse menu offers a variety of appetizers, soups, wok-fried noodles,
vegetables and rice, main courses and desserts.

The authentic and delicious Lebanese eatery Shawafel combines the two Middle Eastern food favourites
in one eclectic café. Bringing a taste of Beirut to Dubai, delicious and authentic dishes include the
Falafel Halloumi, Shawarma Fatteh and Hommous with Lamb or Chicken Shawarma.

The Burger Joint (TBJ) is a fun experience offering hotel guests and day visitors the opportunity to enjoy
burgers cooked to order using the highest quality ingredients- including Wagyu beef. Guests can enjoy
crispy homemade hand-cut fries and cool off with a thick milk shake.

No other cafe in Dubai has a view as spectacular as ILLY Café. Enjoy a delicious coffee, tea, croissant or
pastry as you look out into the captivating and mesmerising Ambassador Lagoon.

Barazura is an elegant cocktail bar in the heart of Atlantis. With its cool blue hues and striking metallics,
Barazura serves only the best cocktails, mocktails, wines and champagnes.

AQUAVENTURE WATERPARK EATERIES

With 16 different restaurants and kiosks, Aquaventure Waterpark offers a variety of tasty bites for all
the family to enjoy. Choose from a range of delicious food including salads, burgers, sandwiches and
Thai cuisine to ice cream, smoothies and freshly squeezed fruit juice at the following restaurants:
Splashers, Barracudas, Shark Bites, Snappers, Lagoons, Waves and the Kiosks.

Atlantis, The Palm is the first entertainment resort destination in the region and located at the centre of the
crescent of The Palm in Dubai. Opened in September 2008, the unique ocean-themed resort features a variety of
