Introduction

1. The basic structure of the door

The basic structure of KA022-2*4 series as shown in Figure 1-1

2. The requirements for installation

2.1
Ground
2.1.1
The requirements of ground
Finished floor with hard and smooth surface is required and the thickness of the floor must be greater than
150mm

The Max. flatness tolerance shall not be more than±3mm.

2.1.2
Measure ground
Confirm the central point according to installation requirement. Draw a circle regarding R as radius, the
radius of this circle is the same as the ground rail outer curve, please refer to the figure 2-1. Mark 21 points
on the ground as shown in figure 2-1, No.11 is central point.

Place the gradienter on the position (indoor or outdoor),5-7 m far from the center point of revolving door.
First , measure the height of point 11, regard its height as the standard , then measure the height of other 20
points, and fill the measure data in the Table 1 (to file this table with installation and maintenance parts).
According to the ground requirements, check the ground.

Opening dimension
2.2.1
The requirements of opening dimension

Refer to Figure 2-2,the deflection requirements of opening dimension:Width deflection is+5~+15mm,

Height deflection is +5~+10mm,Verticality error at one side is 0~5mm,that is:B1≥D+5,B2≤D+15,

H1≥H+5,H2≤H+10,T≤5。

According to the products specification and the deflection requirements, opening dimension should accord
with table 2-2.

Notice:Above data accord with the revolving door of surface anodizing treatment,If need to be decorated,

please add double thickness of metal board on the dimension of width direction.
2.2.2
Measure the dimension of opening

Measure the opening dimension with Steel Tape-measure,and fill the data in the table2.

According to 2.2.1 the requirements of opening dimension,check the opening dimension.

Please go to the next step after the above items are qualified.

3. The installation of the ground rail.

3.1

Draw a beeline which is vertical with the door opening direction through the center point,the beeline

intersects with the (radius R) circle at A.B (Figure 3-1)

3.2

Measure with Steel Tape-measure,Find out one center point on each outer curve of the ground rail.

And make mark lines.

3.3

Place the ground rail,and put the mark lines that you made at the symmetry center exactly at the points A

and B, and the outer round of ground rail must be symmetrical with the finished round on the ground.

3.4

Check the opening width, the deflection should be ≤3 ㎜.

3.5

Drill twelve holes which depth is about 170mm by using an aiguilles of ¢15 according to the holes of two

pieces of ground rails on the ground.. Clean earth in the holes after drilling , clean floor and insert plastic
pipe of floor fixed screws into the these holes , and put the ground rail on the original place, then insert

twelve pieces of floor fixed screws(ST7×160)into two pieces of ground rail.(Figure 3-4)。

Place the gradienter on the position (indoor or outdoor), 5-7 m far from the center point, measure the
flatness of ground rails, to measure 5 points of each piece, then mark 10 points number as the Figure 3-5
shows.

Adjust the flatness of the ground rail by using spacers; the tolerance must be less than 1mm.

After fixing the twelve pieces of screws, please measure the flatness of the ground rails again and make

sure that the tolerance is ≤ 1mm. And please fill the data in the table 3. (File this table in the maintenance

part)

4. Assembly the sidewall segments.

If the assembly of sidewall segments has finished before leaving factory, please skip this part.

4.1
The sidewall segments have 4 pieces. The product has been pre-assembly before leaving factory, every
piece of segments is the “semi-manufactured goods “, every spare part couldn’t be mixed. Therefore, the
same spare part will have the same group number, the group number of sidewall segments is 1----4 group,
that is: all the spare parts with the same number “1” are used to assembly the sidewall segments of the first
group.
The position of the group number is: in the glass groove close to the ends of the upper and lower curve
frame, in the glass groove close to the lower end of the left mullion and the right mullion and the central
mullion. (Attention: The central mullion couldn’t be assembled upside down).
Find out the spare parts with the same group number, and place them group by group.

4.2
There should be the protection layer to prevent scathe on the process of assembly.

4.3

Insert the central mullion into the mid-groove of the upper curve frame, adjust the assembly gaps≤0.3 mm,

the radial deflection of upper curve frame and central mullion≤0.3 mm, then fix the central mullion and

upper curve frame with two pieces of inner hexagon self-tapping screw with anaerobic glue.(Figure 4-1)

4.4

Connect the lower curve frame to central mullion with the same way.(Figure 4-2)。

Insert the left and right mullion of sidewall segments into the groove of the upper and lower curve frame,

adjust the assembly gaps≤0.3 mm, the radial error of curved frame and mullion≤0.3 mm, then fix all the

curve frame and the mullion with ST6.3×38 inner hexagon self-tapping screw. Figure 4-4 shows the

finished sidewall segments.

4.6

Check:Check the diagonal dimension of sidewall segments with tape-measure, the tolerance≤2 mm; check

the assembly gaps with stopple ruler, the assembly gap≤0.3 mm, check the radial error of the curve frame

and mullion, the radial error≤0.3 mm .

4.7 Repeat the steps 4.1~4.6,install the other three segments.

5. The assembly of sidewall segments

5.1
Place sidewall segments of the same side on the ground rail, please keep more than 200mm distance in the
middle.
Attention: The mullion with a few operation buttons should be placed indoor, the position can't be
exchanged.

5.2
Install the rubber strip. Insert the two connection surfaces of sidewall segments with dual tape and rubber

strip. (Figure 5-1)。

5.3
Insert and fix the two sidewall segments with 3 or 4 pieces of inner hexagon self-tapping screw (model of

ceiling height 2300mm has 4 pieces) , and ensure the joint gap≤0.3mm, radial error≤0.3mm, adjust the

central gap to overlap with the midline of revolving door, deflection ±1mm(Figure 5-2)。

5.4

Repeat steps 5.1~5.3.Install the other side sidewall segment(Figure 5-3)。Measure and adjust the

opening dimension L of sidewall.

Requirements: the upper and lower opening dimension difference in the same side≤3mm, the same height

opening dimension difference on the both sides ≤3mm

5.5

Fixing the sidewall segments into the ground rail with 8 pieces of ST5.5×12 inner hexagon self-tapping

screw(Figure 5-4)。

6. The installation of canopy ring

6.1
Place the two canopy rings (without Radar holes) on the two sidewall frames, To fix the ends of canopy
ring on the sidewall frame with 4 sets of inner hexagon self-tapping screws and 8x24 thickness spacers
( thickness 5mm).(Figure 6-1).

Install the other two canopy rings with the same way.(Figure 6-3)

6.3

Measure the distance between the edge of the canopy ring and the outer curve of sidewall segments with

Depth—measure Ruler, measure 6 points on the circle, adjust the canopy ring, and the data is : surface

paint or anodized 4±0.5mm、cladding 5~6 mm ( Figure 6 ). Measuring with stopple ruler, adjust the

assembly gap of canopy ring ≤0.3 mm.

7. The installation of “Z”- shape supporting rack

To fix 10 pieces of “Z”- shape supporting racks on the canopy ring, (located on the top of 10 mullions of
the sidewall frame separately). Refer to figure 7-1. To fix 4 pieces of “Z”- shape supporting racks on the
sidewall, located on the top of middle mullions of the sidewall with 2 sets of ST6.3 x 38 inner hexagon
screws and 8 x 24 (thickness 5mm) spacers for each piece. The rest 6 pieces fixed with 2 sets of M8 x 40
inner hexagon screws and 8 x 16 (thickness 1mm) spacers for each piece. Figure 7-2 is the enlarged
drawing of “Z”- shape supporting racks ins

8. The installation of “C”- shape rail

8.1
The installation of long “C”- shape rail. Total are four pieces, two long, two short. Before leaves the factory,
2 brackets has installed on every long “C”- shape rail. And place these two long ones on the installation

location. (figure 8-1), each bracket fixed on the “Z”- shape supporting racks with 2 sets of M8×40 inner

hexagon screws, 8×24 (thickness 5mm) spacers ,nuts, 8×24 (thickness 1mm) spacers and spring spacers.

Please tighten screws properly to ensure the brackets slid on the “Z”- shape supporting racks.

8.2
Please install two brackets separately on the middle of two short “C”- shape rails (figure 8-2), each bracket

is fixed on the “C”- shape rail with 8 sets of M8x 25 inner hexagon screws and 8×16 (thickness 1mm)

spacers Please tighten the screws of “C”- shape rails’ undersurface firmly first, to make sure it’s no gap
between “C”- shape rails’ undersurface and the bracket, then tighten the screws of “C”- shape rails’ upper
surface firmly.
Notice: Upward the face marked “UP " of “C”- shape rail, do not put upside down.

8.3
To place these two short “C”- shape rails on the installation location. (Figure 8-3). Please fix the bracket on the
“Z”- shape supporting rack. with the same way.

8.4
To connect the long “C”- shape rail and short one with the rest 4 brackets ( Figure 8-4), each bracket is

fixed on “C”- shape rail with 16 sets of M8×25 inner hexagon screws, 8×16 (thickness 1mm) spacers, do

not tighten them firmly first. To adjust both sides of “C”- shape rails’ joint,and to make sure the level

flatness tolerance≤0.3mm. To measure with the stopple ruler, and to adjust the gap:1.5~2mm(Figure

20
8-5). Please tighten the screws which located on the side of “C”- shape rails’ undersurface firmly first, to

make sure it’s no gap between “C”- shape rails’ undersurface and the bracket, then tighten the screws of
“C”- shape rails’ upper surface firmly. At last to fixed four brackets on the “Z”- shape supporting brackets

with 8 sets of M8×40 inner hexagon screws, 8×24 (thickness 5mm) spacers ,nuts, 8×24 (thickness 1mm)

spacers and spring spacers. Please tighten screws properly to ensure the brackets slid on the “Z”- shape
supporting rack.

8.5
To adjust “C”- shape rail to be concentric with canopy ring. Measure 10 points along the circle. To adjust
the gap on the measure points between “C”- shape rail and canopy ring is 45mm utilizing oval-shaped holes

of “Z”- shape supporting racks and bracket by removing “C”- shape rails(Figure8-6),to ensure it to be

concentric with canopy ring. After adjustment, tighten connected screws of brackets and “Z”- shape
supporting rack.

8.6
To adjust the working face flatness of “C”- shape rails (see figure8-6). Please place the gradienter on the
position ,5~7 meters far from the central of the door, measure the height value of “C”- shape rail’s working
face located on these 10 brackets. Increase/ decrease spacers of “Z”- shape supporting rack. to ensure the
height deflection of these 10 points is less than 1mm.

9. The installation of hanging spokes

Please fix two pieces of hanging spokes on the top of door entrance‘s bracket with 4 sets of M8x30 inner

hexagon screws, nuts, spacers and spring spacers.(Figure 9-1)。

10. The installation of the main beam

10.1
Please check if the composing parts of the beam are completed according to the following figure.

① main beam 1 piece ② brake unit assembly 2 pieces ( including wheels)

③ drive unit assembly 2 pieces ( including one reducer, one motor, two belt wheels, one belt, one

wheel) (Figure 10-1)

10.2
To check the flexibility of each wheel. Drive unit and brake unit should push back to the retractile position
along the arrow direction.(Figure 10-2). To loosen properly 8 pieces of M12x35 screws to ensure the fixed
board to slid on the main beam.

10.3
To take down the 8 pieces of M12 x 3 screws which are fixed on the connected board beforehand for later

use(Figure 10-3)。

10.4
Please remove the main beam assembly from the door opening into the installed sidewall segments.

10.5
Please hang the hoisting pothook of hoist tackle on the hanging spokes.

10.6

Please hang the sling hook on the bottom of the main beam.(Figure 10-4)。

Notice:Please tie the hook on the bottom of the main beam reliably. Do not appear safety problem.

Please hang the beam with hoist tackle, and push the driver and brake to the rail direction along the arrow
shows, the wheels put inside of “C”- shape rail’s face, and make the directional screw on the fixed board to
fit with the screw eye on the main beam. And install 8 pieces of M12 x 35 bolts that just took down, and

then tighten the directional screws.(Figure 10-5)

10.8
To loosen hoist tackle, let the beam down, to observe whether the 4 wheels are jointed with the rail
completely, if any wheel doesn’t, we should tighten up the other wheels, then loosen the fixed screw of this
wheel. To adjust the wheel to joint with the “C”- shape rail by the gap between screw and screw eye.
Meanwhile adjust each wheel to make its axes cross the beam center. Tighten it firmly after adjustment.

11. The installation of the spokes

To connect the bearing base and bracket with 6 pieces of the spokes, one end of every spoke is fixed on the

bracket with 1 set of M8 x 30 inner hexagon screw, two pieces of flat spacers, spring spacer and nut,

another end is connected to the bearing base with 1 set of M8 x 50 inner hexagon screw (adjustment screw),

spacer and two pieces of nuts.(Figure 11-1). Figure 11-2 is the layout figure of the six spokes. While

installation, do not tighten the spoke’s locked screw on the bearing base firmly.

12. The adjustment of circle

There are four connection boards on the end of the main beam, to mark one point on the undersurface of
any connection board. Push the main beam to rotate, measure the distance from the marked counterpoints
of the six spokes to canopy ring, then make the comparison between the measured values of each point. If

the difference between Max. and Min <2mm, please tighten the adjustment locked nut on the bearing base

( Refer Figure 11-1);If the difference>2mm,please tighten the bolt of Max. Value, loosen the bolt of

Min. value until the difference<2mm, then tight the nut. Repeat the steps above. Please tighten all the

locked nuts if confirm the difference<2mm.

Please push the main beam to make trial –rotation, require for flexibility and noiseless.

13. The installation of sealed nylon short brush

The whole circle is filled with sealed nylon short brush of canopy ring. Please plug the brush into the gap of

canopy ring.(Figure 13-1).

14. The installation of ceiling support ring

14.1
Totally is four pieces, two are with oblong hole. Please fix these two on the bottom of main beam
connection board with 6 sets of M8x25 inner hexagon screws, spacer and spring spacer, (Figure 14-1). Do
not tighten the screws firmly first.

Please fix 6 accessorial wheels, 6 spacers on another two ceiling support ring with M8×25 screws, spacer

and spring spacer separately .(Figure 14-2)。

14.3
Please install the two above ceiling support ring. Connect to the two pre-installed ceiling support ring

through connection board of accessorial wheels. The gap between them should be≤0.3mm.

14.4
Measure 10 points along the circle, and adjust the radial gap between ceiling support ring and canopy ring

11±2mm. To adjust the radial gap by using one black plastic spacer ( thickness 3mm)、one yellow plastic

spacer ( thickness 4mm)and one red plastic spacer ( thickness 2mm)to fill into it. To adjust undersurface of
ceiling support ring and canopy ring to a same level by increasing/ decreasing spacers between

accessorial wheels’ connection board and ceiling support ring,(Figure 14-3).Tighten all screws firmly

after adjustment.

15. The assembly of revolving-wing segments

The revolving-wing totally have two segments with the same construction. If the assembly has finished
before leaving the factory, please skip part. The installation process of one piece is described below:

15.1
Same as the sidewall segments, the assembly of the revolving-wing has finished before leaving the factory,
group numbers are 5 and 6 , the mark position of group number is as the same as the sidewall segments.

Also, assembly gap≤0.3mm,radial error≤0.3mm.

Find out the spare parts of same group number, place them by groups.

15.2
To fix upper/ lower curved frame and middle mullion of the revolving-wing together with 8 pieces of ST6.3

×38 inner hexagon screws.(Figure 15-1)。

Notice: two middle mullions are different, one is with 4 small holes (for the installation of lock frame),
another one is without hole, and the position can’t be exchanged. Also, the four holes should be

located on one side of the mullion’s middle line.(Figure 15-2 is the magnifying drawing of A)。

15.3

To fix the front mullion of the revolving-wing on the upper/ lower curved frame with 4 pieces of ST6.3×38

inner hexagon screws(Figure 15-3)。

15.4
The installation of the revolving wings’ back mullion. Please firstly lead 3 wires through the gap of the
revolving wings’ back mullion and lower curved frame out of the three holes separately ,These 3 wires are
the connection for safety beam, and then fix the back mullion of the revolving wings on the upper/ lower

curved frame with 4 pieces of ST6.3×38 inner hexagon screws. Figure 15-4 shows the condition after

installation completion.

15.5

Check the diagonal of the revolving-wing ≤2mm,connection gap≤0.3mm,radial error≤0.3mm.

15.6
The installation of locked frame. To fix locked frame on the middle mullion with 4 holes of the revolving


wings with 4 pieces of ST5.5×12 self-tapping screws(Figure 15-5)

The installation of the revolving wings’ connection sheet. To fix it on the back mullion of the revolving

wings with 3 sets of M6×20 inner hexagon screws, flat spacer and spring spacer.(Figure 15-6)

15.8
The installation of lower brush. To bend the lower brush (width 50mm) of revolving wing to arc refer to the

revolving wing’s radian. To fix it on the lower curved frame with 7 pieces of ST5.5×22 inner hexagon

screw and 7 thick spacers ( Figure 15-7).

Notice: Lower brush (width 50mm) of revolving wing is installed close to the revolving wing’ outer
arc.

15.9
The installation of revolving wing’s front brush. Please plug a piece of brush (width 63mm) into the groove

of revolving wing’s front mullion.(Figure 15-8)。

15.10
The installation of revolving wing’s back brush. Please plug a piece of brush (width 63mm) into the groove
of revolving wing’s pinch plate, plug corner brush into the bottom of groove, and fasten the pinch plate

with the back mullion of revolving wing.(Figure 15-9). When install the pinch plate, it should install one

side first, then beat lightly another side with rubber hammer.

16. The installation of the revolving wing

16.1
To fix the revolving wing on the main beam connection board and an accessorial wheel connection board

with 7 sets of M8×80 inner hexagon screws, 8×24 ( thickness 5mm) spacers and spring spacers. Please

tighten the screws properly. To tighten the bolt of revolving wing on the connection sheet(the position of
connection sheet see figure15-6). To fix the bolt of revolving wing on the accessorial wheel connection

board with one set of M8 nuts(2 pieces), flat spacer and spring spacer(Figure 16-1). Do not tighten the

nut first. To adjust the distance between revolving wing and sidewall segment about 50mm±2mm by the

reinstall the safety switch.

Notice: The “NO Knocking” signs will be sticking on the two ends of the safety switch. Please read

There are two kinds of ceilings: nonmetal and metal. Please select the installation methods according to the
material:

Install the nonmetal ceiling

Check the ceiling and decorative strip , to confirm the appearance is completed.

The ceilings of KA022 have 14 sections. Positions as shown in figure 25-1.
To place the ceiling and decorative strip of ceiling on the position, there are 3 kinds of decorative strip,

located at the ①、②marks of figure25-1, the section drawing of decorative strip as shown as figure 25-2,

each decorative strip is connected to ceiling with 2 pieces of ceiling’s sealed strips. The installation
numbers of the ceiling are from No.1 to No.7 to place the ceilings on the two ceiling support ring (bigger

and smaller) and support strip of ceiling on the upper of sliding door and showcase. After finishing the
No.2 ceiling, install the short support strip of ceiling on the upper of showing door, Refers to the figure
25-3, to fix the short support strip of ceiling on the 2 pieces of connection board which located on the
bottom of main beam (for door diameter 42 and 48, fix one end to the connection board, the other end is
fixed to the main beam with 10mm thickness spacer) , and then, install the ceilings from No.3 to No.7 .
After finishing one ceiling, thread out the line from the hole of decorative lamp. The other installation
method is the same with above steps.

28. Debugging illustration

The illustration introduces the debugging method and attention items. To ensure the normal operation,

The LCD display shows one amendable parameter every time. The parameter information is shining until
enter into editing mode. Press “Enter” to enter into editing mode. Let the cursor stop on the parameter.

“ ” one time to change the parameter 1 pulse. For different diameters of doors the distance and the
relevant pulse is as following:

1. Reset and amend parameter:
(1) Put the selector to position “2” (For KA023: Put the switch to the position “ON”.), press the
emergency button when the door runs to the panic break-out position (For KA023: the lock position). Push
the door wings to the required stop position manually. Press the button F1/F5 to activate the information
and amend the ninth parameter.
(2) Set the parameter to be “1”.
(3) After 15 seconds, release the emergency stop button. This position would be the “0” position and to
reset all the other stop positions.
(4) The automatic adjustment is over when the door stops near the opening position.
(5) Check each stop position and adjust the relevant parameters if needed.
(6) Check up the effective scope of the PDR and the safety beam (photocell) respectively. Adjust the
relevant parameters if scope changes are needed.
(7) Adjustment is over.
Notice: The door would amend some parameters and adjust the stop position automatically after the
first power on or reset parameters. It is normal that the stop position is random in the preliminary
revolving. The door would stop in the opening position when the adjustment is over.

1. Make sure the transducer is in inactive position, the screen shows “000”.
2. Press “MODE” button (3 time), the transducer in on set position, the screen shows “P01”’
3. Press or button, the screen will show one of the functional numbers, which could
find out from the table shows below;
4. Press “SET” button to show the parameter “Pxx”;
5. Press or button to increase or decrease the data same as the enactment data’
6. Press “ SET” to save the data;

28.2.1

(Ⅱ)The adjustment of motor turning direction.

First, press the emergency stop button, and then remove motor belt.
Turn the functional switch to revolving position and program selection switch to position 4, remove
emergency stop button to make motor operate. Observe turning direction of the two motors, and adjust the
wiring to make the motors revolves anti-clockwise.
Notice: The adjustment of wiring should be done after cutting UPS for at least 5 minutes,
otherwise may cause electric shock and death.

28.2.2

(Ⅱ)The setting of low speed and high speed.

Cut the UPS and mount the motor belt. Connect UPS and turn program selection switch to position 4.
Activate repeat to make door revolves at a high speed. Observe the high speed is qualified or not. If
qualified, do none adjustment and skip to B item to continue. If is not qualified, press emergency stop
button to adjust the second speed frequency P32 of the transducer. To repeat the process “ release
emergency stop button and observe high speed—press emergency stop button and adjust high speed
frequency until high speed is qualified.
Release emergency stop button, the revolving door should be rotate continuous ,If it is qualified, do none
adjustment. Skip to the third item to continue. If doesn’t meet the requirements, adjust the first speed
frequency Fr of transducer after pressing the emergency stop button. To repeat the process “release
emergency stop button, press handicap button and observe low speed---press emergency stop button and
adjust low speed frequency, until the low speed meets the requirements.

1. The adjustment of the connection wire A and B of the coder


Turn the function switch to the revolving door position and program option switch to 6, and press the
reset button to make the door revolve anti-clock at a low speed. Please change the interface of touch screen
to Figure-5, and observe whether the changing trend of the number corresponds to the “current position” is
upward. If it is upward, do none adjustment and skip to item 2 to continue and if the trend is downward,
exchange wire A and B of the coder.
Notice: For the consideration of safety, cut off the power before exchanging the wires, and
reconnect UPS after adjustment.
2. The setting of system offset
Turn the functional switch to the revolving position, and turn the program selection switch to 6. Press
the reset button to make the door revolve anti-clock at a low speed. When the door revolves at least a circle

and reaches at the max balance door position (the “current position” of interface in Figure-5 should be<

512, otherwise revolve at least 180°and seek for max balance position one more time), release reset button

and then input the numbers that “current position” corresponds into the numbers that “offset” corresponds.
The details: take down the numbers that “current position” corresponds firstly, and then touch the number
that “offset” corresponds. Figure 9 shows the keyboard on the surface. Press the numbers that “current
position” corresponds one by one, and then press ENTER.

of adjustment should not be in the revolving door to prevent to be locked in). The automatic door should
stop at the lock position. The adjustment personnel will observe outside the door. If the deflection is in the
allowed scope, do none adjustment and skip to item 2 to continue. If the deflection is not qualified, turn the
program selection switch to 2. When the door revolves to opening position, press the emergency stop
button, the personnel will go into the door to do adjustment. Input the deflection value to the numbers that
“lock position” corresponds. The adjustment scope: -15 pulse to +15 pulse. Repeat the above steps until the
lock position is qualified.
2. The adjustment of opening position 1 and 2: After adjusting lock position, turn the program
selection switch from 1 to 2. The door should stop at opening position (opening position 1 or2), and now
activate radar time for time to make the stop position exchange at opening position 1 (The “current

position” shown on Figure 5 <512) and opening position 2 (The “current position”>512). Observe the

opening position 1 and 2 respectively to see whether the closing position is qualified. If it is qualified, skip
to item 3. If it is not qualified, press the emergency stop button and then touch the numbers that opening
position 1 and 2 corresponds on the touch screen to do adjustment work. The adjustment range: -15 pulse to
+15 pulses. After the adjustment, release emergency stop button and activate the radar to see whether the
stop position is qualified. Repeat the above steps until the deflection meets the demands.
3. The adjustment of closing position 1 and 2: Turn the program selection switch to 3 (Notice: the
adjustment personnel cannot be in the door to prevent to be locked in). Activate the radar to make the door
revolve and stop the door at closing position (closing position 1or 2). Activate the radar time by time to

exchange the stop position at position 1 (The “current position”<512) and position 2 (The “current

position”>512). The adjustment personnel will observe outside the door. If the deflection is in the allowed

scope, do none adjustment and skip to item 4 to continue. If the deflection is not qualified, turn the program
selection switch to 2. After the door stop at opening position, press the emergency stop button to do
adjustment work. Touch the number that closing position 1 and 2 corresponds on the screen (screen
figure-4) and input adjustment value. The adjustment scope: -15 pulse to +15 pulse. Repeat the above steps
until the deflection of closing position 1 and closing position 2 meets the demands.
4. The adjustment of max balance position 1 and 2: When at closing position 1 and 2, turn the program
selection switch to sliding door position, the door will stop at max balance position (balance position 1 or

2).The “current value” of balance position 1<512, and the “current value” of balance position 2<

512.Observe the deflection and see it whether in the allowed scope. If the deflection is in the allowed scope,
do none adjustment and skip to item 5 to continue. If it is not qualified, touch the number that balance
position 1 and 2 corresponds on the screen (screen figure-6) and input adjustment value. The adjustment
scope: -15 pulse to +15 pulse. Turn the functional switch to the revolving position and program selection
switch to 3. Turn the functional switch to the sliding position when at stop position, closing position 1 and
closing position 2. Observe the whether the deflection of balance position 1 and balance position 2 is in the
allowed scope. Repeat the above steps until the deflection of balance position meets the demands.
5. The adjustment of anti-squeezing distance: Turn the operation way to revolving position and

program selection switch to 4, and activate anti-squeezing PDR. Observe the anti-squeezing distance is
qualified or not when the door stops. If is qualified, do none adjustment and skip to item 6 to continue. If it
is not qualified, touch the number that anti-squeezing corresponds on the screen (screen figure-6) and input
adjustment value. The adjustment scope: -15 pulse to +15 pulse.
Leave the anti-squeezing sensor in the state of no activation and active the anti-squeezing sensor again
when the door revolves through the anti-squeezing area. Observe the anti-squeezing distance again when
the door stops. Repeat the above steps until the deflection of anti-squeezing PDR meets the demands.

You can observe the condition of emergency stop button, fire alarm signal, braked safety beam and
safety switch and the overload of transducer. Exam the wiring is right or not.

(II)The PRI setting of lock and fire alarm

As customers’ request, we set the PRI relations of lock and fire alarm in the surface shown as Figure-4.
If the PRI of locking: no matter how the fire alarm is, the door stops at the lock position when functional
switch is turned to revolving position and PSA is turned to 1. The door will not revolve when radar is
activated. If the PRI of fire alarm: no matter the condition of functional switch and PSA (including lock
condition), the door will stop when revolves to sliding door position and the sliding door will half open
automatically.

To adjust the reaction height of anti-striking sensor through rotating the potentiometer(Figure 17-4)
anticlockwise. To adjust the reaction height of the anti-striking sensor to make the distance to lower
ceiling support rings of revolving wing should be ≥1500mm.

Functions setting (the second class)
The functions are displayed by abbreviation words on the right side of the PSA control unit. Press the
button “+” or “-” to choose the required function. The function comes into effect when press the button “+”
and “-” at the same time. The setting of functions is indicated by splashing of LED. (High frequency = high
speed / short opening keep time) The buttons of “+” and “-” are used to amend the value of setting. (“+”:
faster and longer; “-”: slower and shorter)
There are two ways for returning to the first class: 1.Press the two buttons at the same time; 2. No
operation will be done within 1 minute on the PSA control plate.
1. Reset: LED 32
Resetting is to restart equipment. If operate “reset” in the condition of UPS battery power supply,
drive unit stops and control unit turns off.
2. Door opening speed: LED16
Adjustable opening speed: 40~100%; Standard: 100%
3. Closing speed: LED 8
Adjustable closing speed: 25~66%; Standard: 65%.
4. Opening width (winter): LED 4
Adjustable opening width: 25~90%; Standard: 65%.
5. Opening keep time (Standard): LED 2
Adjustable opening keep time: 0~10s; Standard: 2s.

Standard setting is based on the first operation of the door.
If execute order “reset” in the second class function, the setting such as opening speed, closing speed

Select the “remote control” position on the Working mode selector, the automatic door will cancel the
former working mode automatically (At this moment, the working mode will base on the display of remote
control), automatic door should be operated through the remote control.
The operation steps are as following:

1 --------position1,when the digital tube is flashing, please press this key, loosen it after one second,
the data of this key will be sent. If the left digits of the digital tube are not 07 or 14, well then, the former
data will become 01.

2 --------position2, when the digital tube is flashing, please press this key, loosen it after one second,
the data of this key will be sent. If the left digits of the digital tube are not 07 or 14, well then, the former
data will become 02.

3 --------- position3, when the digital tube is flashing, please press this key, loosen it after one second,
the data of this key will be sent. If the left digits of the digital tube are not 07 or 14, well then, the former
data will become 03.

4 --------- position4, when the digital tube is flashing, please press this key, loosen it after one second,
the data of this key will be sent. If the left digits of the digital tube are not 07 or 14, well then, the former
data will become 04.

loosen this key, the door speed will be order after one circle of low-speed.

8 -------sliding door/the change of revolving door, when the digital tube is flashing, please press this
key, the data of this key will be sent. If the left digits of the digital tube are not 14, well then, the former
data will become 07. The door will go to the position of sliding door. Alternate 30 seconds at least, the
digital tube is flash, press this key again, if the left digits of the digital tube are not 14, well then , and the
digital tube will display the new position, if the left digits of the digital tube are 14, the sliding states still be
canceled, but there is no display change. If the emergency stop is canceled, the digital tube will display the

9 --------light 1, when the digital tube is flashing, please press this key, loosen it after one second, the
data of this key will be sent. Before now, the lights of both groups will be not flashing (the right digits of
the digital tube are 90), at this time, the right digits of the digital tube will display 91, the frist group of
ceiling lights will be flashing; Before now, the lights of the second group have been flashing (the right
digits of the digital tube will display 92), at this time, the right digits of the digital tube will display 93. The
first group of ceiling lights will be flashing. Alternate 30 seconds at least, the digital tube is flashing, press

06, please press this key, the door will revolve clockwise, loosen RESET, and the door will stop.

13 ---------Display, before operating the door or check the operation state of controlling state, please
press this key , loosen it after about 1 second, the digital tube will display the latest results of operating the
controller, and the digital tube will be under the state of displaying. Contrarily, the digital tube will not be
under the state of displaying, please press the “displaying”.

Remote alarm
When the door has malfunctions, it will send a short message to the manufacturer, the monitor server
will record the data and date, the alarm server will sound, and tell principal the problem.
When the short message is finished, the exchanged model will select the alarm number from the data
bag and dial this phone number automatically, when the line’s busy, power off or not in the service area, put
down the phone automatically and dial this number again after 10 minutes, when the line’s normal, tell
consumer, product code and the faults style in English and Chinese, when receive the confirmation * or the
canceling # from the other side, put down the phone automatically and confirm the alarm function. If don’t
receive the confirmation, the door will confirm the alarm failed, please dial this number again after 10
minutes.

29. The installation of decorative plate

The decorative plate should be installed after function adjustment. There are 6 or 7 pieces of decorative
plate based on different specifications (usually there are 6 pieces of decorative plates for metal decorative
automatic doors). The installation steps are similar. The difference is the locations of the decorative plates.

Put the decorative plates into the decorative plate grooves. Firstly, put the decorative plates into grooves of
the top ring decorative plate. Then, put them into grooves of the canopy ring decorative plate.

Manually push the decorative plates to the installation locations along the decorative plate grooves. There
are 2 pieces of short plates and 5 pieces of long ones for total the 7. Install the decorative plate strip to the
joint of each two decorative plates. Refer to Figure 29-2 that shows installation locations of the 7
decorative plates. There are 2 pieces of straight ones and 4 pieces of one-side-bend ones for total 6
decorative plates. Refer to Figure 29-3 that shows installation locations of the 6 decorative plates).

30. The installation of anti-dust plate

There are 6 pieces of anti-dust plates for size 36, and 8 pieces for size 42 and size 48. Refer to Figure 30-1.
Place the anti-dust plates on the top ring, then insert the anti-dust plate strips into joint of each two pieces
of anti-dust plates.

Disperse the black glass glue evenly between sidewall panels, door shaft tray and the floor.

Plaster the showcase glass with yellow caution labels – “Caution: Automatic Door”.
