Digital Design - List of deliverables

1.Site plan showing site approach, inner roads, preliminary landscape details, proposed location of
sumps and water tanks, Road level indications, topography, ground floor plans/roof plan, plinth level,
property line, required annotations and other necessary details.

2. Detailed floor plans of all proposed blocks showing building elements, line thickness, roof line,
sun shade line, ducts, OTS, levels, fenestrations, window and door fixtures, column placement and
orientation, centre line, furniture (relatively low visibility), appropriate hatching, Section line,
required annotations and other necessary details.

3. Plinth beam and footing drawing of all proposed blocks showing footing details, column
location and orientation, plinth beam, centre line marking, required annotations and other necessary
details.

4. Terrace floor plan at required levels showing headroom and parapet wall details, section line,
ducts, weathering course, sunshade and projected roof line, centre line, required annotations and other
necessary details.

5. Elevation drawings showing NGL, FGL, road level, Plinth level, marking of floor levels and
parapet level, fenestration, material, required annotations and other necessary details.

6. Section drawings showing staircase details, toilet details, FGL, NGL, plinth level, appropriate
hatching, handrail details, slabs and beams, weathering course, OHT details, ducts, lift shaft, required
annotations and other necessary details.

7. All required floor plans to show Service integration – Water supply, Sewage and Electrical
layout.

8. Rendered site plan showing landscape details, pavement details, type of vegetation, required
annotations and other necessary details.

9. Material and site grading plan to show technical details of the proposed landscape design,
required annotations and other necessary details.

10. Working drawings for joineries and blown up details wherever necessary, required annotations
and other necessary details.

Instructions:

All the drawings need to be drawn in legible and appropriate scale and drawings of poor quality will
be rejected.

The drawings have to be properly composed in a layout with necessary formatting details such as
north point, scale, and schedule of joineries, specified notes, required annotations and other necessary
details.

All the drawings need to be dimensioned legibly covering every civil details.
