WHY WELL AND ABLE®?
We set ourselves apart through Value Engineering, which we believe gives Owners and Developers the best
combination of methodologies available to the Construction Sector today. As the costs of construction trend
upward notwithstanding economic indicators pointing to lower demand and market prices, it has become
increasingly tough for Owners and Developers to stay ahead of Economic parameters and curves.

The Technology that we are introducing, though environmentally friendly and in line with sustainability, is not
new and in fact has been widely used in China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and various regional markets.
Through the adoption of exclusive and patented development of steel fabrication technology, we have been able
to put together various technologies through extensive research and development, bringing YOU, the
Owner/Developer and the Governments the reduce cost of construction; create employment; increase
productivity; faster time to market; and hence maximize overall profit.

With a professional and integrated team, our company has the resources to ensure the highest possibility of
success through timely and cost-efficient deliberation of projects confirming with international standards and
procedures.

MAIN OR SUB-STRUCTURE SYSTEM
HFW – HIGH FREQUENCY WELDED LIGHT GAUGE STEEL H-BEAM
Introduction Of High Frequency Welded H Section

 High Frequency welding also known as Fusion welding process.

 Electron beam welding (EBW) is a fusion joining process that produces a weld by impinging a beam of
high energy electrons to heat the weld joint. An electron beam welding gun uses a high intensity
electron beam to target a weld joint.
 The weld joint converts the electron beam to the heat input required to make a fusion weld.

The Benefits of Electron Beam Welding

 Low Contamination Vacuum
 Narrow Weld Zone
 Low Distortion Level
Introduction
 Uses High Frequency welding technology which
continuously welds three strips of steel together

 Customized Small cross sections e.g. Minimum from

75mmx75mm to maximum section of 500mm x 300mm

 Customized thickness of H section, e.g. Min. from 2.0 mm

to 10 mm

 Customized Cutting to length to maximize efficiency and

minimize wastages

 Engineer may design according to specific requirements

and not be limited by standard Hot Roll H beam sizes thus
enhancing efficiency and reducing costs significantly
Various Sizes of HFW H Beam Products:

HFW members could achieve sizes

that are not found in Hot-rolled
steel. This in turn will provide an
exact member size requires by
design hence lowering the cost of
material
Special Silted steel coil to design requirement thickness & width before feeding into the production line
Three Pre-straightened steel strips from the uncoiled steel rolls before entering the Patented”
weld head for High Frequency Welding.
Three Steel Strips being Welded by the High Frequency Welding Process (automated process)
Cutting of the welded H section after stress relieve & straightening (automated process)
