Hi William!
This is the most amazing trip I’ve been on .I feel so Lucky to have the opportunity to visit Peru and experience this. Today, we returned
from a four-day journey up to the ancient city of Machu Picchu. At times, I felt really sick, because the air is very thin at the top of the
mountain and it is difficult to breathe .The guides explained that the altitude sickness and that most people need to stop many times
during the journey to rest and feel better. Anyway, it was brilliant to see the Incas lived over 500 years age. Unfortunately, they didn’t
have a writing system ,but archaeologists have learnt some things about them from the remains of the city. Most Incas were farmers
and they were the first people to grow potatoes.
This has been an experience of a lifetime, and I have got a lot of photos to show you .
