My Experience with
COVID-19

Introduction
World has experienced the worst disease that people are so afraid than anything in end of 2019.
There are various theories about so called Covid 19 disease i.e. Vision 2020(extending 2030
now) of depopulation. World politics is also involved here with Russia’s claim of vaccine and
suspicion of European and Americans from it and constant change in guidelines of WHO i.e. from
promotion of N95 masks to denial of its efficiency of viral flow. Eventually, with so many theories,
rumors, experiments of governments on lockdown and unlocking people are very confused with
what to do and what not for prevention of it and remedy.

I was also worried and somehow curious to know more about it until I experienced it. Yes, I got
positive and recovered now and for the benefit of people only surrounding me , I am writing it so
that they could be safe and get away from fear.

What is Corona Virus and how does it kill human being

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses which may cause illness in animals or humans. In
humans, several coronaviruses are known to cause respiratory infections ranging from the
common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and
Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The most recently discovered coronavirus causes
coronavirus disease COVID-19. (As per WHO)

How does it spread : Corona Virus spreads through droplets of human in action of sneezing or
coughing (approximately 3000-40000 droplets) which can go upto 1 metre with 300KM/hour.
Therefore social distancing is very important. Virus can be active on dust particles for 2-3 hours
and if a person passes by, he/she can inhale that and invite the virus through breath. Therefore
wearing a mask in an open place is utmost important.

How does it kill or affect : when we breath, it comes to our Alveoli(carrier of Oxygen and Carbon
Dioxide)through capillaries(cells).CoronaVirus comes to boundary of lungs and try to making a
lock with ACE(Angiotensin-converting Enzyme 2) receptors through Spikes(S) then it hijacks cell
and replicate RNA and N proteins. Our ACE receptor in cell membrane is a gateway for nutrients
and waste material and virus affects this by locking it then makes a lot of copies.(Incubation
period of 2-10 days)

Now in response our innate immune system works and try to destroy this virus. In this phase
temperature increases in our body and we get fever.

Symptoms of Coronavirus: There are various symptoms and clusters of this virus varying from 1
-6 including fever, problem in breathing, cough, headache etc.Itmay vary from geographical
region and climate(based on continent and countries). In India there are 6 clusters found for this
virus. Situation becomes fatal with anxiety and old age people die due to fear of not breathing,
less antibodies making to fight with it.

Remedy Mechanism
Once coronavirus starts replicating after passing ACE receptor, inneta Immune system gets
activated and fights with it but our cell has limited area to contain replica of virus , thus it blasts
and then Adaptive immune system releases antibodies which fits on Spike of Coronavirus and
then it can't make a lock with our ACE receptors. This is the mechanism our body uses to get
rid of coronavirus. Usually after the incubation period(2-10)days when Antibodies get released
through medicines and nutrition, doctors check temperature and BP in a regular 7 days of interval
and usually 14-21 days are required to get cured.

Covid Testing
There are 4 ways of testing and PCR Test and is widely followed by doctors for accurate results.

What was my Experience

I was getting fever only but after taking the tablet(Paracetamol) it vanished. For 10 days I
experienced it thrice but got ok. Gradually I started feeling headache but never focused due to
workaholic nature. I thought it could be the result of insomnia/migraine which I used to
experience sometimes due to a muddled schedule but this headache was strange. I felt my brain
is working but fingers are not running on keyboards and synchronization of my act was not with
the brain. Also there was a steep rise in temperature at night and I could hardly sleep.

Then I did my self assessment through Arogra Setu app and got instruction to go to ICMR lab for
testing(Covid and blood test). I didn't have any symptom of cough, breathing even though my BP
was 114 and Oxygen was also good(98), but I got a positive report through the PCR Test. Then I
home quarantined myself and followed medicines per doctor’s advice. Also I prepared syrup
which helps to release antibodies. Initially I underwent Chest X ray to check cough and that was
normal. After 14 days again X ray happened which was also normal. During this period only once I
faced problems in breathing then the doctor instructed me to take steam through a vaporizer.
(Vaporizer is an important tool as it removes cough and allergic infection).

Medicines : As per instruction following medines I took:

1. Cheston Cold
2. Combiflam
3. AZ
4. ORS powder( Any energy drink for Vitamin C): Mix it in 1 litre water and keep drinking in
regular interval.
5. Besule
6. Zedex Cough syrup

Diet: Continued my routine diet but ate Oranges 2-3 daily.

Syrup: For releasing antibodies, I prepared a tried and tested syrup of Malegaon(city in
Maharashtra province), which really helped me to come out of Covid aftermath which is following:

1. Turmeric
2. Jaggery
3. Black pepper
4. Cinnamon
5. Cardamon
6. Ginger

7. Basil
8. cloves

Method :

1. Boil water and add turmeric and ginger in crushed form.

2. Add all ingredients
3. Boil till 15-20 minutes and use jaggery for sweetness.

I kept drinking this syrup for twice a day and while making tea also I used jaggery, cinnamon,
ginger, black pepper , and cloves.

Points to remember
1. This is another virus from Novel family and like other flu,so don't panic. Keep Washing
hands regularly.
2. Antibodies are important in the process, so keep drinking this syrup and increase intake
of vitamin C in diet.
3. Vaporizer is very important, so keep taking steam 2-3 times a day, it tries to remove the
allergic effect on the body through the nose and mouth(till throat and saves our Alveoli
before Virus reaches our lungs).
4. Every 8 hours in case of fever , take medicine(Paracetamol).
5. In 14 days incubation period exists and you can infect other person, so quarantine
yourself either in hospital or home.
6. Even after getting cured symptoms will exist till 21-28 days or a month. So don't panic, just
continue medicines per instruction of doctor.
7. In case of problem in breathing, take steam for 15-20 minutes, then you would feel relief.

Note
I wrote this based on my exploring and experience only to help society and remove fear of
Covid. I urge you to follow doctor’s advice and take all precautions.

Thanks for reading this and spread it if you like!!
