Persuasive Essay Assignment

Nowadays using animals for testing safety of cosmetic products is becoming one of the

popular topics to be discussed. In general, animal testing alludes to system performed on living

creatures for the purpose of investigation into essential science and infections, the human

wellbeing or potentially ecological security of consumer and industry items such as cosmetics,

food added substances, drugs and so on. That is the start of the meaning of creature testing from

a human viewpoint. But what might be said about the creatures’ viewpoint? Imagine going

through your time in a room no bigger than a shower. You can’t move around something over

the top. You can barely extend your legs. Furthermore, consistently, they inject you with

synthetic compounds that burn your eyes tingle and skin. What’s more, the animals, that just

have burning skin and irritated eyes, are getting off simple.

Firstly, animals are creatures of God. Despite the fact that they are not able to speak and

think like human beings, people should not use animals in their experiments. If these creatures

are smaller than us, this doesn’t give us the right to use them in our favour. It is out of the ethics

to sentence a hundred million creatures in the lab cages and deliberately cause them fear,

loneliness and pain. People sometimes do not understand that animals also have feelings and

they are also alive. They are hurt without perciving their pain by careless people. Unfortunately,

in Us labs scientists burn, cripple, abuse and poison more than a hundred animals every year. A

wide range of animals is used in animal testing such as mice, rats, birds, reptiles and amphibians,

rabbits. There is a video called “Save Ralph” which is globally spread all over the world. It really

impacted all people and grabbed their attention so people strated boycotting the products conduct

animal testing. It is a really good attempt to raise awareness in today’s world and this video

informed everyone about animals’ suffer. Thus, animal testing should be banned.

Secondly, scientists are able to test vaccines or drugs on humans who are giving

permission on that. Unlike creatures utilized for research, people can agree to be used in testing

and ate suitable alternative when the need emerges. Animals are not able to talk and give consent

or deny us our request, and therefore it would be dishonest and not fear to use them for testing

products for us. People can express themselves easily whenever they feel the pain but animals

cannot. Therefore, a lot films are made by animal lovers every year to sound animals because

people do not really grasp what the pain is and the consequences. Plenty of tests result in

animals’ disability and death. Even there are not enough people who can take care of all injured

animals. So people should not disturb the creatures which can not sound and articulate.

Finally, there are some metabolic and anatomic differences between animals and humans.

Animals differ from humans in many ways. Not only the physical structure of the body

distinguishes us from them, but so does the organism. The usage of different chemicals, drugs

and cosmetics on humans can react differently to both. And it is not a fact that a medicine that

responds well to an animal will work the same with a human and vice versa. According to some

sources, some products could not be used by people due to these reasons. It means that the

substantial number of animals were killed for no reason. Thus, animals should not be used for

human products which can lead to some misconseptions.

All in all, creature testing ought to be banned due to the fact that it abuses animals'

privileges, it makes torment and enduring the exploratory creatures, and different methods for

testing product harmfulness are accessible. People cannot justify improving life for themselves

by haphazardly tormenting and executing a large number of creatures each year to perform lab

tests or to test products. Animals ought to be treated with respect and poise, and this option to

dignified treatment is not maintained when creatures are abused for personal gain. All things

considered, humans are animals as well.
