Question 1:

Enabling workers to feel independent and make their assigned tasks escalates their

aplomb and raises their work morale while working. It additionally avails them in dealing with

any situation. Furthermore, having job control engenders a sense of responsibility since they

understand they are entirely responsible for their work. This cultivates them to devise and

implement their own strategies and make the corrective measures every time required. Via

inspection of one's assigned tasks, nonessential management compliance is eliminated as workers

can set their own time-frame to consummate their task. The employee can recommend the

corrective measures and actions underlying certain hazards that are potential or subsisting. More

so, since the employee monitors his/her own tasks, they can monitor steps that ought to be taken

in eliminating hazards or controlling potential jeopardies. This includes taking steps in

engineering controls, administrative controls, policies and procedures, PPEs, etc. On the other

hand, numerous shortcomings emerge when workers are given a chance to monitor their job. For

example, workers may end up colliding with the organization's working style by setting their

own procedures, policies, and way of doing their tasks. More so, workers can become less

compliant towards management, making them less cooperative and cordial with the rest of their

colleagues.

Question 2:

Exponential smoothing provides numerous benefits, such as it is facile to learn and apply. This is

because there are only three pieces of data that are required in exponential smoothing methods.

More so, exponential smoothing engenders precise forecasts for a period ahead. This is because

the forecast accounts for the distinction between projections and the genuine occurrence.

Conclusively, exponential smoothing provides more paramountcy to recent optical discernments.

Aggregate palnning is a strategy utilized in determining the orchestrated engenderment quantity

within a period to meet the forecast demand over a medium-range orchestrating horizon

(Connectus, 2016; Demirel et al., 2018) The aggregate orchestrating strategy's overall objective

is allocating all the resources more efficiently while meeting the forecast demands over the

orchestrating horizontal horizon.
