1. Customer persona
Customer persona is a framework consisting of the basics of what kind of characteristic
traits or behaviour they are expected to have. In the case of IsGoingOnline and Perfit
Studio, the company should focus on customers who either own a business or are still in
the process of developing the business plan or about to start their own business.
Viewing the current scenario as an opportunity rather than a hit to the business the
company can convince their prospects easily by mentioning about reduction in the costs
of not having a brick and mortar store and running the business completely online.
Secondly, the owners or people who are skeptical about the 4th P(i.e. place) in the tools
which depict the marketing mix. The confusion is generally about how to display the
products online without taking away the touch , feel and then buying experience of the
customer. This is where I believe the Perfect studio can do a wonderful job as a
company.
Thus to give a very rough image of the customer perona we can define the customer as
a businessman trying to expand his business into the online platform, this expansion
could either be as a combination of a physical and online store or solely as an online
store alone.

2. Value proposition -
The value proposition can be in terms of
● Low cost services
● One solution to solve all problems
● Variety of product range

3. Go to market strategy
In the case of our company it would make sense only if we were to use the online
channel as the only medium for the sale of the products as it would only make sense
selling an online service on an online platform where the service is expected to function.
Hence the distribution channel should be online and the usage of offline channels would
only add on to the cost of the company without any significant increase in sales. As for
the promotional activities the company should gain presence on social media sites as
this is where budding business men and start-ups set up their online stores, for instance
Instagram is one such social networking platform.

4. Distribution model
I believe that the company should go for an exclusive distribution model, cause this
would help the company to determine who buys the products and thus make changes to
their promotional activities based on the analysis of the customers who already brought
the product.

5. Sales plan
a. Customer journey
Product awareness being the first step in customer journey will have to
significantly happen over social networking platforms and by search engine
advertisements. This is where the customers seeking to set up an online store
come in search for their options. The second step being consideration, happens
at our company's website. The customer can be brought here by setting up a
redirecting link on the social networking platform where the promotional activity is
carried out. The decision for the same can happen after a scheduled online call
with one of the employees from the organization as this would help to gain
confidence of the customer in the company's service. The wide range of services
can also be explained on the call with the employee of the company.
