Once business students graduate and enter the business industry, there may be ones
who become managers in the future. In order to become an effective corporate manager who
knows how to optimize the productivity of the firm, one must study Operations Management
with Total Quality Management.

In today’s industry, service and manufacturing are dominant in the market. One of the
primary aims of a firm is to provide quality in their products or services. This is where
Operations Management plays a vital role for this shall teach you the processes of transforming
a range of inputs into the desired quality outputs effectively. You will be able to learn the
objectives of operations management such as aiming for the right quality, quantity, time and
right costs and being able to apply all of these goals to your strategies and decision making as a
manager. When all of the aforementioned goals are reached then customers will surely be
satisfied, the firm shall be profitable and you have done your job effectively as manager.

In addition, studying Operations Management with Total Quality Management shall

teach you how to integrate optimal productivity with the strategies of the firm. You will be able
to gain knowledge on the different factors that affect the productivity of the resources; it will
