Description
Perkins has upgraded the design of the front end accessory
drive system on 1500 series range of engines. The new
FEAD design reduces total system weight and creates a
smaller packaging envelop for the right hand side radiator
guard. The new radiator guard is taller and covers partially
the thermostat housing. There is no change in performance
characteristics of the engine.
Updated drawings and 3D models are available on request.
