Dear customer,
We’re delighted to welcome you on board today, and we hope you enjoy your Ryanair flight.
Our cabin crew are here to do everything they can to make your flight as comfortable and
enjoyable as possible.
FEELING HUNGRY?
Because the hot meals available on board are cooked fresh to order, we kick off most flights
with our crew taking these orders first. But if it’s just sandwiches, snacks or a refreshing
drink you want, we have plenty of those too and our cabin crew will get them to you as soon
as possible. Turn to Page 29 to see our menu, or take a look at Page 4 to see some of the
savings you can make with a satisfying meal deal.
FEELING LUCKY?
Well, are you? If so have a go at our scratch cards sold on all flights, you could join the
hundreds of thousands of people that have already won. With fabulous cars and huge
cash prizes to be won instantly every month and a cool € 1 million up for grabs every year,

FEELING GENEROUS?

and very popular – so make sure you get your order in early to avoid disappointment!
There’s a call bell above your seat, so please don’t be shy about using it and we’ll be
happy to help you however we can.

Summer is finally here, and here at Ryanair we’re celebrating our biggest, best year
ever by offering you an additional 10% off our fragrances - and remember, these are
already at least 20% cheaper than on the high street! (Excludes all items on Page 5).
Take a look at our fantastic range of cosmetics, starting on Page 4.
This is our second summer stocking the ‘Best Cup of Coffee in the Air’, and our
customers are loving our freshly ground Lavazza coffee which is being served on board.
Thanks to Lavazza’s revolutionary lid that filters as you drink, our coffee-loving customers
couldn’t be happier. Unless, of course, they grab one of our yummy cakes or pastries
to go with their hot drink.
SOME LIKE IT HOT
If you’re one of them, you’ll be delighted to know that we’ve added to our hot food range.
You’re spoiled for choice, with everything from tempting Paninis and filled croissants to
gourmet flat breads and even the patatas bravas.
For the grazers among you, our tapas dish of cured meats, cheese and breadsticks is
perfect… but even more perfect with some olives and a cheeky glass of wine.
Our sandwiches are sourced locally from 17 different countries and on select routes
we even have some healthy and hearty salads available, so make sure to ask your cabin
crew what’s on the menu… and we hope you enjoy every bite!

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!
Payments. We accept all major currencies, as well as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Unfortunately we
cannot accept cheques or traveller’s cheques. We may ask you to show your passport or another form of identification.
Please check your change and your goods at the time of purchase, as errors can’t be rectified afterwards. Please note
that we carefully monitor all prices and exchange rates, and these are subject to change.
Receipts. Available upon request. Please ask a member of our cabin crew for more details.
Exchanges. For security reasons, on-board purchases cannot be swapped, exchanged or refunded by our cabin
crew, but we are happy to review your exchanges or refund on faulty goods through our Customer Services Department,
PO Box 11451, Swords, County Dublin, Ireland. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Space Restrictions. As space is limited, we have to restrict the number of items we carry. Please accept our apologies
if your first choice is not available on-board today. Your cabin crew are familiar with all items we carry, and will happily
help you choose an alternative.
