The classroom is an effective simulation of the real world. However, when learning is shifted into to a real-life situation
it becomes more powerful. School excursion is one such experiential learning for the holistic development of children.
These excursions provide a chance to experience cultures, respect differences, participate in team building exercises,
problem solving tasks and a fantastic opportunity to develop new friendships.

Keeping that in mind, School in collaboration with Ecoventure: Travel with Education brings its franchise program,
viz. “CAMP SHOGI” for the students Summer Field School, Gurgaon

"Chalo Shogi" is a 3-day eco adventure program, organized by one of the most trusted travel partners, Ecoventure,
who aims to instill a deep appreciation for nature, foster a sense of environmental responsibility, and provide students
with an unforgettable educational experience in the breathtaking Himalayan region.

For your ward’s participation, please fill in the consent form and submit the tour fee at the school.

Participation Cost : 03 Day Program Rs. 11,750/- (Payment to be made in Cash)
Last date to register : 09 April 2024
Refund Policy
Cancellation post confirmation : 50% of trip amount will be deducted
Cancellation post 26 April or No Show (no exemption) : No refund
A fee of Rs. 3950/- will apply in case of trip postponement due to govt. restrictions, travel ban or any other reason. The
balance amount will be adjusted in subsequent date decided.
We ensure you that your ward will be accompanied by responsible teachers, mentors & trainers and their learning,
safety, security and entertainment will be our upmost priority.

1. To fulfil all possible mandates of Ecotourism set by TIES (The International Ecotourism Society)
2. Advancement of Local Community directly or indirectly
3. Comfortable accommodation at Ecoventure’s Himalayan Camp at Shogi
4. Meals - All Meals of the day (We’ll take care of the tummy )
5. Train - Shatabdi/Vande Bharat Train Ticket both way for students’ comfortable journey
6. Transportation - All other required transfers in Uttarakhand by small comfortable buses
7. Entertainment - All entries, games & Adventure Sports as mentioned & much more.
8. Mentor - Student will be accompanied by expert mentors and professional team
9. Photography - Candid shots capturing every moment for a lifetime memory
10. Live Updates - For parent’s to be part of journey and be a part of the ecoventure tour

educational tour program organized at Shogi, Himachal by the school in collaboration with Ecoventure
– Travel with Education

Our ward is physically fit and will abide by the rules & regulations given by the teachers in charge.

We understand that the Management, Teachers & Organizers will take all possible precautions to
safeguard my ward during this camp and the safety of my child will be given utmost priority. However,
we indemnify the school authorities and the organizers from all responsibility in case of any natural or
unforeseen mishap takes place.
