Talk about your daily routines. Use
always/often/usually/ and time.

Examples:
 (watch TV) I usually watch TV two hours a day.
 (get up) I always wake up at seven a.m.
 (leave home) I often leave home at about eight.
 (have breakfast) I usually have breakfast at half
past seven.
 (go to gym) I often go to gym at quarter to ten.
 (have lunch) I usually have lunch at twenty past

Sequence connectors

The function of
connectors is to join
words or sentences of
what you want to
express.
 Gives coherence

 Are very helpful to organize

your ideas when you want
to tell someone what
happened at a particular
time in a logical sequence.
My morning
Every day I get up at six, first, I make a
black coffee, and I read my emails. Then I
have breakfast and listen to the radio. I
usually have cereal and coffee but I
sometimes have toast and an egg. After that,
I often read the news online.
Finally, at half past eight I go to work. I
always walk to work because it’s only fifteen
minutes to my office. At work I have another
coffee and sometimes a cake.
