(In the Perspective of China)

Abstract:
With reference to Base paper Green Supply Chain on Enterprise Performance we try to discuss future
option which is Green Logistics. Since it is an important part of supply chain management and plays an
important role in the improvement of transport. Because customers need product and services and
these products and services can serve through transportation & also in Supply Chain process logistics is
a very main part and Finish goods only can transfer from point of origin to point of
destination/consumption through logistics. This synopsis we try to study and analyses Green Logistics.

Introduction:

First, we have a question that what is Supply chain? Supply chain the starting stage of designing of the
product to the end stage in which product is being delivered to the consumer, there are several stages
of supply chain like planning, procurement, supplier, material manufacturing, deliver the final product
to consumer.
Now what is Green supply chain that is the question? The concept of Green supply chain is integrating
the environment thinking, there is including production product design & the benefit of green supply
chain is friendly product because nowadays customer don’t need chemical or those kind of products
which involve harmful chemical or even harmful packaging. Customer want product which can easily
use and dispose easily. That is the main concept and reason why green supply chain management is
develop.
Now Green logistics normally studied about International. In this we try to better understand what is
the role of green logistics. The Green logistics objective is to minimize costs and maximize profits the
term “green logistics” is defined as supply chain management practices and strategies. Green logistics
is talking sustainable long term easy logistics like J.D Log is example as they are trying to work through
robot and trying to make their warehouse fully automated. Green Logistics consists point of origin and
the point of consumption whose purpose is to meet or exceed customer demand.
It was argued that if a company had lack of basic green capabilities, its entire investments in green
practices will not generate any value but will be a financial burden on the firm’s profit. It was also
suggested that incorporating green concepts into an enterprise's strategic planning will not only
improve its ability to overcome uncertainties at the confluence of ecological issues and firm's
operations, but also will help enterprise to develop competitive advantage and increase its financial
performance.

Distribution), GM (Green Manufacturing), GIS (Green Information System) , ED (Eco-Design) , GP (Green
