GENERAL TERMS: -
a- Party – A mentioned the required scope of work in the above table along with the price.
b- The given scope of work is in lumpsum price. Any conflict between the both parties the scope
will be calculated on progress percentages work completed at site according to the current
market price.
c- Party – B agreed to finish the work within 25 days from the date of this contract.
