This form must be signed by the student intern and the internship mentor. Hour logs should be returned to Ms.
McKittrick for the months of June and July and Mrs. Routsis for August through May. Hour logs are physically
due to the school (main office) by the 10th of the following month. Note that school office hours are from 7:30
AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday during the Summer! Due to COVID 19 virtual learning, please

Mrs. Routsis. saraha.routsis@vbschools.com.
