Miss Gregoire has been a strong, creative, and determined student teacher during this unprecedented year, | have witnessed Miss Gregoire take over for her mentor teacher when a family emergency occurred for three weeks in the middle ofthe semester, She easily {transitioned into lead teacher for that amount of time for both in school students as well 8s Viual students. She was able to continue teaching students smoothly and keep in ‘communication with parents. |1am the primary learning support teacher for Earl and have observed Miss Gregoire ‘working with my special education students. She was able to differentiate her lessons. ‘according to the needs of those students, She also worked one on one with those ‘students, motivating them, and supporting them at their level | would highly recommend Miss Gregoire for an elementary teacher position.
