The product will have 2 sections. Both customer and vendor will have to register.

- Vendor
- Customer

The vendor could be the following:

- Restaurant
- Salon and SPA
- Doctor’s clinic
- Hospital
- Grocery Shop
- Other similar vendors where physical queues are required

The app should have the ability to capture the details of any such vendor

There should be a search box which can list all such vendors

The app should be able to generate a QR code with which one can search the vendor

A queue will be generated for every vendor

Once the customer is able to find the vendor using the QR code, he has to join the queue

The queue will have a counter specific to the vendor

On vendor’s screen it will show up how many people are there in his queue system and who are the
people

The queue will be on first come first serve basis

Once the turn of the next customer comes the vendor will approve on his screen

The customer will automatically get a notification that it is his turn to go

He will approach the counter and vendor will process the customer

Once processed the next customer will be in line
