PALESTINIAN-ISRAELI conflict SOLUTIONS

The following are possible solutions to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. The reader can
choose from these and/or add others to the list. Multi-faceted strategies can be
created.

1. Continue periodic bombing and rocket attacks.

2. Declare a permanent peace, outlawing (through the U.N.) violent attacks.

3. Invite Hamas or other Palestinian organization to participate in the Israeli


government.

4. Formally recognize Israel as well as Gaza with the West Bank as legitimate
nation-states.

5. Allow Palestinians to join Israel and return to their lands and property held
before Israel was established.

6. Unite Gaza and the West Bank to Israel.

7. Set up an international commission to mediate all conflicts occurring between


Israelis and Palestinians.

8. The UN votes to eliminate Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank.

9. Partition Israel and return to a pre-Israel status.

10. Send in a UN peace-keeping force to settle disputes before or as they occur.

11. Establish an international government for Israel and Palestine.

12. Encourage school children in Israeli and Palestinian lands to create possible
solutions.
13. Invite attendees at synagogues, mosques, and churches to create possible
solutions.
