Noting With Regret that over 14,000 Palestinian Citizens have perished due to the on-going
war in Gaza
Reaffirms the rights of Palestinian people to self-determination and to establish a sovereign,
independent state of Palestine on the basis of the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its
capital
Emphasizing the urgent need for a mere and lasting peace settlement based on the two-state
solution
Deeply concerned about the recent escalation of violence in the occupied Palestinian territory
and Israel

1. Calls upon the convening and establishment of a UN working group, open to all Member

States, to be known as the "Working Group on Addressing the Palestinian-Israeli Dispute"

(WG-APID) under the management of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA):

a. Examining the root causes and manifestations of the dispute,

b. Urge for the instant occurrence of negotiations of the two-state solution, in ways such

as presenting an official ceasefire and peace settlement between Israeli and Palestinian

militants,

c. Further discussions on how to sort out the brutal conflict between the two parties,
2. Calls upon raising mindfulness of anguish globally to disperse the updates of the conflict in
ways including but not limited to:

a. Mass media campaigns, social initiatives and economic initiatives to address the
ominous threats these actions create for individuals, nations and governments,

b. Retaining reliable and applicable methods of information conveying such as but not
limited to:
i. Radio,

ii. TV stations,

iii. Documentaries,

iv. Newspapers,

v. Billboards and advertisements,

vi. Websites,

vii. Social Media Campaigns,

viii. Email Newsletters and Subscriptions,

3. Further Requests of the withdrawal of Israeli Militants from Palestinian Territories:

a. Occupation without the consent of the occupied state is illegal. The right to self-
determination is a fundamental principle of international law, and the people of an
occupied territory have the right to choose their own future,

b. The occupation of territory by force is a violation of international law, as enshrined in

the UN Charter and other international treaties. Occupants are obliged to respect the
sovereignty and territorial integrity of the occupied state,

c. Occupation is a form of oppression that denies the occupied people their fundamental
rights and freedoms. It is a violation of human dignity and a source of suffering and
hardship,

d. Occupation prolongs and exacerbates conflict, making it more difficult to achieve a

peaceful resolution. It breeds resentment and hostility, hindering reconciliation and
lasting peace,
4. Endorses the two parties to build peace with one another:

a. War causes immense suffering, including death, injury, displacement and economic
hardship. Peace, on the other hand, allows people to live their lives without fear and
violence and it creates the conditions for prosperity and development,

b. Diversity is a source of strength, for when people from different cultures and
backgrounds become united as one, the sharing of ideas and experiences coincides,
which can lead to innovation and creativity. Diversity also makes societies more
tolerant and understanding,

c. The answer to resolve the conflict is not war, but Peace. There are always other ways
to resolve conflicts: Diplomacy, negotiation and mediation. Thus, there are several
ways to find peaceful solutions for disagreements,

5. Recommends Israel to re-erect the infrastructures, buildings and hospitals it has

disintegrated and demolished:

a. This would be a gesture of goodwill and reconciliation, and it would help alleviate the
suffering of the Palestinian people. Reconstruction is also a way for Israel to
demonstrate its commitment to a two-state solution to the Israeli and Palestinian
territorial conflict,

b. Allows the Palestinians to not take vengeance and retaliation on the Israeli militants
as Israel has designated a sign of peace, for they have reassembled what they had
annihilated.,

6. Solemnly Affirms Israel to open the border and cease the blockade for the entry of
resources for Palestinians:

a. The blockade of Gaza has had a detrimental impact on the Palestinian population,
causing widespread poverty and food insecurity. Opening the border would allow
Palestinians to access basic necessities to improve the stance of life,

b. The blockade has also stifled the Palestinian economy, preventing businesses from
importing goods or exporting products. And therefore, opening the border would
stimulate the Palestinian economy and provide jobs for those who are redundant,
leading to a thriving and robust economic stance,

c. The blockade has also isolated Gaza from the rest of the world and has contributed to
the political instability in the region. However, opening the border would help
normalize and stabilize the relations between Israel and Palestine and create a more
conducive environment for peace,

7. Expresses its appreciation if international support was offered to the citizens of Palestine as
it would be of utter sustenance concerning the country’s economy, social cohesion, Medical
requirements and food insecurities;
8. Considers to request the Secretary-General to submit a report to the General Assembly
within three months on the implementation of this resolution;

9. Strongly condemns member states that will either not comply to the presented solutions or
interfere with the attempts implemented to support Palestine and cease the dispute. Moreover,
sanctions will be enforced on those who do by the UNSC.
