Seeking a position as an Art Teacher with Elkhorn Middle School where I can utilize my skills
and experiences to bring the joy of art to students, help develop their abilities to express

sculptural works

Anderson County Middle School

● Created an ‘Art Explorers’ club which took students out on the town to explore the arts in their
community, and create works of their own
● Utilized a kiln to produce ceramic works with students
● Created a mid year art show to showcase student works to parents
● Produced and supplied every student with their own art supplies, delivered to their home for NTI
● Developed new cleaning strategies and materials recovery during the transition to back to in
person learning
● Utilized a variety of technologies to meet the needs of virtual, hybrid, and in person students
● Provided support to students and parents adjusting to new methods of learning
● Worked with teachers to plan and execute rewards days with students

Middle School Art Teacher - August 2017 - June 2018

Boyd County Middle School

● Completion of K-TIP with high marks

● Designed and oversaw the completion of a new art room in a new school building
● Facilitated the development of a school wide Kentucky history themed ‘Night at the
Museum' event in which students produced kentucky themed works in all classes for an
