A. QUALITY OF EDUCATION

The problem of the quality of education is related to the quality of its

output. Quality learning outcomes are only possible through quality

education.

B. EDUCATIONAL RELEVANCE

The issue of education relevance includes the extent to which the

education system can produce outputs that are in line with development

needs, namely problems as described in the formulation of national

education goals. These micro problems are related to macro development

problems, namely problems outside the education system, so they must

also be taken into account in solving micro-education problems. As an

example of how closely the relationship between education and science

and technology is, for example, often a new technology used in a

production process creates new socio-economic conditions due to changes

in work requirements, and perhaps the decomposition of the number of

workers or hours of work, the need for new materials, the system new

services, until the development of new lifestyles, these conditions can at

least affect changes in educational content and methods, perhaps even a

new formulation of educational goals, automatically supporting facilities

such as laboratory facilities. Science and technology indirectly affects the

education system.
In addition to the indirect effect, there is a direct influence on the

education system in the form of various kinds of innovations or reforms with

the accentuation of various goals. The current development of science and

technology has an impact on education in Indonesia. This situation will

greatly affect the state of education in Indonesia. The discovery of new

technology in the world of education demands that Indonesia carry out

reforms in the field of education.

C. INTERNET AS A MEDIUM TO SUPPORT EDUCATION

With the presence of various technological devices that simplify the

educational process, of course, creates problems that cover many things.

In addition, the misuse of technology such as knowledge to commit crimes

is not justified. As it is known, advances in education have also produced a

generation that is highly knowledgeable but has low morale. For example,

with high computer science, people will try to break through the banking

system or commit other criminal acts such as pornography, porno-action,

hacking government sites and so on, so this is a separate problem for

education in order to form a national character in accordance with

Pancasila.

Art is a human creative activity, individually or in groups that

produces something beautiful. Through art, humans can channel their

original creative impulses and spontaneity in finding beauty. By paying

attention to the reasons above, it is fitting that the world of art be


developed through a structured and programmed education system.

Programmatic development of the quality of art demands the availability of

educational facilities.

This is where the problem of art education arises which has such an

important function, but in schools today art education is only served after

other study programs have been fulfilled. That is why art is not included as

a subject that is tested during the UN. The students are performing in a

band, schools as educational institutions must provide facilities &

infrastructure for channeling talent and arts to students.

D. THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE POPULATION AS DESCRIBED CREATES

DIFFICULTIES IN PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES

The unequal distribution of the population hinders the distribution of

educational facilities , This is due to the weak control of the central

government over the region. The link between these problems will have an

impact on the state of education in Indonesia. Learning atmosphere in

remote areas is really apprehensive In many ways, people's aspirations

have started to increase, especially the aspirations for healthy living

education, aspirations for work, all of which affect the increase in aspirations

for education. People began to realize that in order to live a decent and

healthy life, there must be a permanent job that supports it, and education

guarantees that it will get a decent and permanent job. Education is

considered to provide guarantees for improving living standards and


climbing in the social level. As an increase in aspirations for education,

parents encourage their children to go to school, so that later their children

can get a better job than their own parents.

Perhaps this can be seen as an indicator of how much aspirations

parents and children have for education. In the cities, apart from formal

education, various kinds of non-formal education are starting to emerge. In

other words, the massization of education hinders efforts to solve problems
