Remarks:
- Ex-works PT REI – Balikpapan
- Operation and maintenance manuals are included.
- PT REI will provide installment assistance (commissioning) for 3 days, during which
operation, maintenance, and application training will also be given for free
- PT. Baramulti Group will provide meals, accommodation and transport during
commissioning, training & when required support.
- Time frame unit available at Balikpapan:
o Unit 10-12 weeks from order confirmation.
o Plus shipping 8-10 weeks subject to vessel availability
- Quoted prices are subject to site condition and inspection.
Deliveries
Despatch dates to be confirmed at time of placement of Official Purchase Order and DP receive.

Validity Date
This quotation shall remain valid until May 31st, 2021

Payment Terms
• 50% non-refundable deposit with the order
• 40% prior to dispatch (ex-work Australia) to the client’s appointed delivery point
• 10% or balance upon completion of commissioning on site.
• The quoted equipment remains the property of PT REI until payment has been made in full.
• Delays may incur further costs.
• Purchase Order and all payments are to PT Resource Equipment Indonesia.
• All payments are in IDR.

Taxes and Duties

Quoted prices are subject to Indonesian VAT (PPN) 10% taxes.
All other taxes and duties are included in the quoted Price.

Warranty Metso
a. Metso warrants that Equipment will be free from defects in design, engineering, materials
and workmanship under normal use, maintenance, service and handling for a period of 12
months from Start-up, or 18 months from the last major delivery of Equipment, whichever
comes first (“Warranty Period”). As expressly provided in the Contract, a shorter Warranty
Period may apply in specific cases or for specific materials or equipment (as warranted by
sub-vendors of such materials and equipment).
b. Metso undertakes, at its discretion and cost, to repair or replace defective equipment
covered by the warranty in Section a, provided that Buyer has notified Metso in writing of
the defects within the Warranty Period and has given Metso the opportunity to examine
and test the defective Equipment.
c. With respect to replacement parts provided pursuant to the warranty in Section a, a new
warranty period equal to the original one commencing on the date of installation of the
replacement parts shall be granted.
d. All warranties (whether for replacement parts, latent defects or otherwise) shall expire no
later than the earlier of 24 months from Start-up or 30 months from the last major delivery
of Equipment.
 e. Warranty shall not apply to, and Metso shall not be liable for:
(i) consumables, or parts having a life expectancy shorter than the Warranty
Period;
(ii) ordinary wear and tear;
(iii) defects, damages, losses and costs
i. resulting from improper or incomplete handling, storage, erection,
operation, maintenance or other use of Equipment by Buyer or third
parties, or
ii. caused by noncompliance with Metso’s manuals or instructions;
(iv) modifications to Equipment made by Buyer or any third party without a prior
written consent of Metso; and
(v) any other acts or omissions of Buyer or any third party.
f. Performance Warranty criteria for Equipment, if any, as well as procedures and conditions
for the performance test runs, shall be specified in the Contract.
g. The express warranties and remedies described in sections a to f above are the sole and
exclusive warranties and remedies provided by metso to buyer. any and all other
warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, conditions of merchantability, fitness for
particular purpose or otherwise, are hereby waived and excluded.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by a detailed report from PT. Baramulti Group, as to
what caused the failure/claim. All future claims must be made with the issuance of an order
number from PT. Baramulti Group. REL will only respond once the order has been received. REL
will provide a report as to what caused the failure with a retailed warranty report or detailed claim
with an invoice to cover the costs of the response. PT. Baramulti Group are to provide the costs
for accommodation and messing for all of REL’s personnel or travel costs where required.

Assistance
PT REI will assist with Assembly, Installation, Commissioning, Service, Maintenance and
Operational instruction at you site. Costs may be incurred for the transport, accommodation and
messing for commissioning personnel, these are on a case by case basis

Incorporated Terms and Conditions:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this Quotation incorporates and is subject to PT REI Standard
Terms of Conditions for the Commercial Hire and/or Sale of Goods and Equipment.

− K37 Telemetry ready control panel, complete with modem pack (Signal subject to
location)

HM 150 units are matched to the requested flow rates of between 350 - 400m3 hour. Please
note pump curve attached and the RPM required for the head /flow and efficiency %
