1. Write down the 7 principles to have good business relationships explained in the video (10
points)
- You need to be very consistent.
- Give value to other people before you ask for something.
- You must want to give more than you take.
- Built lasting relationships.
- Provides information, make sure that you are known.
- Expend the network, interacting with others to grow the networks and meet new people is the
key.
- You have to have a plan and be efficient with this.

2. According to those principles, write a text giving your personal experience on them, you can
include your opinion, which ones are easier and more difficult for you and why, success or fail
experiences you have had or you know regarding the topic. (100 words) (40 points)

I believe that these principles are very difficult, we need take care because in some occasions we
demotivate, this happen because we don’t be consistent when I doing something. Two years ago,
my brother decided to create an independent shirt shop but, he didn’t be consistent, He stopped
this soon because he didn’t believe him, I think that it’s important believe in yourself and develop
relations with other people in business, if I decide to join with someone with the same ideas and
together share the plans and ideas for the business we can improve and build up relations and
business, meet people and provides information about them is the principal key to grow in
networks.

Writing Assessment Rubrics

Rate each of the following criteria based on the content and form of the text.

Addressing the topic: the writing responds the question
and complies with the instructions in terms of content and 5
length.
Quality and authenticity: the text is the result of the
student’s actual writing skills. There is no evidence of
plagiarism or other illegal practices. Also, the student’s 15
product doesn’t show the use of online tools such as
translators, application and websites.
Language use: the writing shows accurate command of
grammatical structures, and the range of vocabulary is
appropriate for the context and the level. Similarly, there

is evidence of the language studied during this term. On
the whole, mistakes related to language use don’t
interfere with intelligibility.
Mechanics: the text displays the student’s awareness and
accurate use of basic punctuation rules such as periods
and commas. Capital letters are used well, and spelling 10
doesn’t affect the quality of the writing in terms of word
forms and intelligibility.

Coherence and cohesion: sentences are logical and


complete. There are no fragments or run-on sentences
that interfere with the flow of information. These
10
sentences are organized logically, and in a paragraph
fashion. The student uses different resources and devices
to link ideas, avoid repetition and develop the text.
