This Circutar is being issued to inform and disseminate to the taxpayers about the Updated
of BIR Forms (attached as Annex "A") which are avaitabte for use/downloading, whichever is

1. Etectronic Fiting and Payment System (eFpS); or

2. Offtine Etectronic Bureau of lnternal Revenue Forms (eBlRForms) Package v7.8; or

3. BIR website (www.bir.gov.ph) under the Forms Section.

Circutar as wide a pubticity as possibte.
