The support that was extended by the Department of


Education for teachers in the form of coaching, professional
learning community through the learning action cell (LAC),
resource materials, and other forms of support that can be made
available in real or virtual platforms/set-up.

Learning Delivery Modalities (LDM2) helped us a lot in our


journey in delivering the learning modalities at this time of
COVID Pandemic. It helped us boost our morale and maintain
professional standard.

Moreover, LDM2 Course helps us to assess our strength


and weaknesses. This helps us to gain knowledge, skills and
mindset that are necessary in this new normal set-up. It helps us
to ensure the quality of learning that we will provide our learners
despite of this pandemic. At first, its difficult, but we need to cope
up with the changes we have in order to survive. This changes
also is an opportunity for us to learn more. To be creative and
innovative in implementing this distance learning.

ANNOTATION: The intervention strategies worked in improving the


learners’ status. Some adjustments were made along the process to
further meet the learners’ needs. The learner now displayed
improvements in understanding the concept of a nation and its
elements.

ANNOTATION: Adjustments were made in the intervention strategies as the learner


displayed difficulties in understanding the concept of nation and its elements. The
learner is now able to understand and still needs improve it.

ANNOTATION: In this WHLP, the learning task column provides the instructions on where to locate the
learning tasks in their SLMs and their specific learning instructions for each task. In some cases, this
gives confusion on the part of the parents as they though that this WHLP is the Activity Sheet that their
children need to answer.

is the assessment of my Plano sa pagtuturo, as previously attached in
Page 8. The observer, Mrs. Rosario Maco noted that: “Bukod sa
Power Point Presentation naghahanda pa rin ang guro ng hard copy
instructional materials na TV look alike. Ang kanyang ginawang
group activity sheet ay swak na swak din sa mga ginawang modyul
na may sagot sa likod na nakabaliktad. Isang maligayang bati sa
inyong magandang pagpakitang-turo.”

is the assessment of my Plano sa pagtuturo, as previously attached in
Page 10. The observer, Mrs. Rosario Maco noted that: “Sa
pagkakaroon ng group activity gamit ang mga Aralin sa Modules na
nagging springboard upang madaling matutunan ang
nilalahan/aralin sa araw na ito ang tungkol sa mga Katutubong
Pilipinong Lumaban upang Mapanatili ang kanilang kasarinlan.
Bawat grupo ay nagmamadaling sumagot ng tama upang makuha ang
sampong puntos. Maligayang Bati sa iyong pagpakitang-turo.”

ANNOTATION: This SLM is reproduced and reduced its pages by editing the main
manual to be cost efficient. It is also printed in colored pages for the better


visualizations of the learners.

ANNOTATION: These two trainings were part of my original PD goals.


These helped me in dealing with the new set-up of teaching-learning
process amidst the pandemic using the distance learning. The virtual
in-service training organized by the DEPED helped me in this new
normal way of teaching.
