It is made especially for the mute person.

When you write something you will turn on the button then what you’re writing will be recorded and
there’s one button at the back that you can press when you want to voice out what have you written
using the pen. The one that you’ll write using the pen will be recorded then when you press the button it
will be voice out, everyone can hear it. It can help a lot to the mute person they will just write what they
want to say then when they press the button everyone can hear it or the person that they are talking to
can here it.
