Hoan My Positioning
Hoan My group is one of the leading private health care network in VietNam. Hoan My was
established from 1997 in HoChiMinh city, after 23 years, HoanMy has been expanded with 15
hospitals and 7 clinics with more than 2800 operating beds along Vietnam.
Currently, HoanMy is evaluated as one of a top hospital in VietNam in term of clinical quality,
services and research. Especially, HoanMy continuously stands at tall position within the list of
Clinic assessment result of Department of Health of HCM city year by year. Particularly, in
2020, HoanMy Saigon was reached 7 th place with 4.39 mark and reduced 0.06 mark comparing
with 2019 (Department of Health, 2021). In term of private health care ranking, HoanMy is the
highest searching result in the perspective of customers comparing with Vinmec and VF.

In spite of the fact that, Hoanmy has high position within the customer’s intellect, however,
Hoanmy Saigon and Hanh Phuc are seeking out for numerous people; other branches are still
low searching result.
