USA Gymnastics Rules and Policies 

• Schedules are subject to change 
• Session day/time host is required to finalize minimum of 3 weeks prior 
• Gymnast compete in one 4-5 hour session block on one of the scheduled days 
• Do not attempt to find schedule online, changes occur and are not up to date 
• Do not call host gym for schedule 
• Finalized schedules from host are sent ONLY to Team Directors/Administrators for
distribution

• To avoid confusion, please do not distribute or forward schedule, days, time or other competition
information to other Xtreme members
• Please do not rely on other parents as a source of information. Direct all competition schedule
question to Team Director
