District Junior Athletic Championship at J.N. Stadium, Chennai – on
22nd and 23rd September, 2022– Intimation– reg.

Date of Birth:
The junior below 20 years, 18 years, 16 years, 14 years and 12
years of age in boys and girls will participate in this Athletic
Meet.
1. Boys & Girls Under 20 years - born between 16.11.2002 & 15.11.2004 

2. Boys & Girls Under 18 years - born between 16.11.2004 & 15.11.2006 

3. Boys & Girls Under 16 years - born between 16.11.2006 & 15.11.2008 

4. Boys & Girls Under 14 years - born between 16.11.2008 & 15.11.2010 

5. Boys & Girls Under 12 years - born between 16.11.2010 & 15.11.2012 


The date of birth of all the participants should be mentioned in the

entry form without fail and all participants should bring original date
of birth certificate.
An Athlete can participate in two individual events and one
Relays only. An athlete can participate in only one category. If
any athletes participate more than two individual events he /
she will be disqualified immediately.
March Past:
All teams should be participate in the march past with prober
uniform and with team flag. If fails to participate minimum
90% of entry that particular team will be disqualified.
Opening Ceremony:

Opening Ceremony at 09.30am on 22.09.2022 at J.N. Stadium,
Chennai.
Entry:
The Entry must be sent on the enclosed Entry Form. Entry not made
on the entry form will not be accepted. Entry must be filled in Capital
Letters and all its columns must be completed. In no circumstances,
hand written entry will be accepted and only Excel sheet (Entry form
enclosed) will be accepted.
Last date of Entry:
The last date of entry will be 19.09.2022. All the affiliated Clubs
/ Institutions are requested to send the entries in time to the
organizing Secretary (cdaaentry@gmail.com).
Managers Meeting and Chest Number:
Managers meeting will be held on 21.09.2022 at 5.00pm at
Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai – 600 003 and the Chest
numbers will be issued from 10.00 am to 03.00pm.
Entry Fee:
The entry fee will be Rs.100/- per event is applicable to both unattached
and clubs. In addition clubs Rs. 250/- for Boys and Rs. 250/- for Girls and
for school, departments Rs. 500/- for Boys and Rs. 500/- for Girls. The Entry
fee should be paid well in advance along with entry.

Team Championships
Overall Boys, Overall Girls and Overall Team
Championships
Winners & Runners will be given will be given.
First, Second & Third place winners
Medals & Certificates.
Championships will be decided on medal tally only.

Note:
1. All Affiliation Clubs, please pay Annual subscription fee for the year
2022 and 2023.
2. if the two individual events are track events, only one of these two
individual races may be longer than 200m. in U18 & 16 groups.
