• UX (user experience) research is the systematic study of target users and their
requirements, to add realistic contexts and insights to design processes. UX
researchers adopt various methods to uncover problems and design opportunities.
Doing so, they reveal valuable information which can be fed into the design
process.

• Reasons for Doing User Research:

1. To create designs that are truly relevant to your users


2. To create designs that are easy and pleasurable to use
3. To understand the return on investment (ROI) of your user experience (UX)
design.

• As a User Research Company, our aim should be to target the businesses who
provide products and services for the people by understanding the user behaviour,
needs and motivations.

• User Research can be conducted through observation techniques, task analysis and
feedback methodologies. We can target the businesses for collaboration on the basis
of few criteria. They are:

1. The companies are the provider of a product or service

2. The companies are targeting consumers from different demographics in region


and culture.

Assumptions:

• Again, as Treebo is targeting the whole Indian market, there would be diversity

• As the travel and tourism culture has changed due to the pandemic, there would be
some modifications that has to be implemented in the offered services.

• The competition is really high in this particular sector as the giants have managed
