Written Report: Vlog Initial Proposal

INTRODUCTION

Our group already have an initial discussing about what museum we're going to promote in our
vlog. We all agreed to choose the Biñan City Museum at Sentrong Pangkultura ng Biñan or
Biñan Center for Culture and Arts. This museum is located at Brgy. Poblacion, Biñan City. It
is on the second floor of the Biñan Center for Culture and Arts. The museum shows Binan's
industry and trade since the time of the Spanish colonization. There is also a room dedicated
only for Roger Limaco, one of Binan's local hero as well as past mayors and the memorabilia
that are marked by each's term of office. We decided to choose that given those facts and also
the nearby place in the museum like Biñan Center for Performing Arts, which includes the
following art groups: Biñan Metropolitan Chorus (chorale), Biñan Youth Performance Council
(theater arts), Biñan Folkloric Dance Troupe (traditional dances) and Biñan Kawayan Music
Ensemble (bamboo instrumentalists). The Biñan City Culture, History, Arts and Tourism Office
(BCHATO) is also near at the museum that the toirist can walked in after the historic voyage.

OBJECTIVES

 We want to promote the abundant and epic history of Biñan during the era of Spaniards
also the development of it in the post-wars.
 We would like to encourage the people to understand more about the different things
about Biñan; the culture, arts, traditions, and also importance of knowing the setback
and upstream of it.
 We want to know more, as a promoters, and to share our own research information
about the history of Biñan and their life.
 We would like to let the participants or the audience appreciate the life and culture that
the Biñan have through diving in the museum.
 We would like to imbued happiness in those future tourists and also the audience and to
prove that it's more fun in the Philippines.
GROUP ONE

DIVISION OF LABOR

We decided to divide our group into three main role in our promotion and also being in more
than one role is thing to anticipate. The three main roles are: Technical team that will manage
the editing and the technical aspects of the promotional vlog, Research Team that will gather
data and information regarding the museum including the history, issues and many more, and
Promoting Team that will handle the video promotion of the museum.

Technical Team

Ayala, Estember, Obamos and Villareal will be in this team. Estember and Villareal will be the
main editor of the video while Ayala and Obamos will handle the collection and producing of the
screenplay and other sttufs.

Research Team

Ayala, Bangalisan, Barruga, Estember, Garote and Gorne will be in this team. Ayala and
Estember will manage the team and will be the one who will work with creation of scripts, if
necessary, and the data and information authenticity and significance to the project. Bangalisan,
Barruga and Garote will research about the attraction and all the things that should expect in
museum. Gorne will research about the history and lifetime of the museum.

Promoting Team

All the members will be in this group. Estember will be the main promoter that will lead in the
video. Alvara, Bangalisan and Barruga will handle the narration of the history and lifetime of the
museum. De Ocampo, Flores, and Garote will handle the promotion of initial things about the
museum, like the location, schedule, direction, fare and other things related to the said things.
Gorne and Obamos will promote the attraction and what to find inside the museum. Quilingan
and Villareal will promote the place dedicated only for Roger Limaco, the town's local hero.
Ayala will said additional things regarding the museum and post credits. On the additional task,
Alvara, Bangalisan, De Ocampo, Flores and Quilingan will give facts and information about the
nearby attraction in the museum.

These will be the initial report regarding the promotional vlog. Any changes made afterwards will
be stated in the progress report. Our gratitude for the acceptance of this proposal.
