The class diagram for the hospital management system is really interesting. For further help, I
designed an UML-compliant version with an online UML modeler called GenMyModel. It
may help here to get a usable/clonable version, export as PDF, generate Java... (to be adapted
or to bootstrap their development project) Hospital Management System HTH
