OTHER BILLINGS*:
Variable Billings Includes items such as setworks, plays, excursions, personal accident
insurance, sports tours and trips, extra lessons, house levies, IEB levies
(Grade 12 only), The Journey (Grade 9 only), the SMS service, Olympiads,
Mathletics, study guidelines and some subject specific consumables. Every
effort is made to keep the variable billings to a minimum.
Grade 12 IEB Levy R7 115 Payable as follows:
Terms 1 & 2 – R2 400 per term; Term 3 – R2 315
Day Girls’ Breakfast R32.00 per meal

Day Girls’ Lunch R2 120 per term (5 days per week); R1 930 (4 days per week)

Day Girls’ Supper R52.00 per meal

Aftercare R29.00 per hour or R3 950 per term

Capital Development & Enrolment R17 500 payable on acceptance

Scholar’s Personal Accident Insurance The school’s insurers have not yet advised us of the amount for 2020. This
and Netcare 911 (Compulsory) will be communicated as soon as it is available.

A TERM’S NOTICE (IN WRITING) IS REQUIRED BEFORE:

(a) removal of a pupil from the school
(b) removal of a pupil from boarding
(c) discontinuance of any extra or special subject/s
Failing which, a full term’s fixed billings* and boarding fees will become payable in lieu of such notice.

* Where applicable, all amounts include VAT at 15%.

We prefer electronic payments and for security reasons we do not accept cash payments at the school. Parents are
asked, therefore, to deposit any cash amounts directly into the school account and fax or email payment details

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
(a) Annually
Payment of the annual fixed billings* and boarding fees IN FULL before the end of January. Should the estimated
compulsory variable billings not be paid annually in advance then they must be paid monthly over 10 months
(Jan – Oct) using the school’s debit order system. The debit order will be deducted on the last working day of
every month.

(b) Monthly
School billings* must be paid monthly over 10 months (Jan – Oct) using the school’s debit order system. The
debit order will be deducted on the last working day of every month. There is no charge for this facility. An
R100* administration fee will be charged if there is a default on any payment. Interest at a rate of 5% above
the prime lending rate will be charged on any overdue portion. The monthly debit order instalment is as follows:
