EARLY SETTLEMENT
If the annual fee is not settled in full by the 15th January 2021 the payment option automatically
reverts to 10 monthly and the discount will no longer apply.

SIBLING DISCOUNT
The sibling discount will be applied as per existing arrangements.

OUTSTANDING FEES
If fees are in arrears the school reserves the right to take the necessary steps as per the conditions
of the Rules and Conditions Booklet.

PAYMENTS
The school fee payments may be made annually or monthly in advance on or before the 1st of every
month. Recurring payments (such as debit orders) are required to streamline monthly fee collections.

For Grade 0000 to 11 students, the 12-monthly payment plan is only available on debit order.

For Grade 12 students, the 12-monthly payment option is not available. The payment plan available
to Grade 12s is either the annual upfront or 10 monthly payment plan.

Should the annual upfront plan be selected by the fee payer during the re-enrolment process, but
the full annual amount not paid by the 15th January 2021, this will result in the account being
automatically defaulted to the 10-monthly plan with the monthly instalment becoming due
immediately.

NOTICE PERIOD
The school requires one full term’s written notice in the event of a parent wishing to deregister a
student. Should sufficient notice not be given, parents may be held liable for a full term’s fees.
