Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I will be taking part in the Mechanical Design course, being
held from Monday 27th May until 10th June at the Oxford University. I am going to arrive
the morning of Sunday 26th and will be leaving on the morning of the 14th June.

Since, I am coming with my wife, I require a room for two with double king bed. I would
prefer a privet bathroom. However, as I have breathing issues, the room will have to be a
nonsmoker room. Could you please tell me how much this will cost and how should I make
the payment? Do you accept VISA?

As I do not know the area, I would also be appreciative if could you provide me with some
details about getting to and from the University. Will I need to take public transport from the
airport or is there a University bus service? Any information on what to see and do in the area
would be greatly appreciated.
