Dear Participant for the Dialogue seminar

We are very excited to have you onboard the seminar and can’t wait to meet you.

Below you will find some important information regarding the seminar.

The seminar will take place at Eureka Place Hotel opposite Ntinda market.
The address is: Plot 16 Vubyabirenge Road Ntinda - Kampala

The seminar will start on June 26th and check-in will begin at the hotel from 8:30.
We will really appreciate that you are on time.
The sessions will be Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 4 PM. On Friday there will be a
dinner for those of you who want to participate.

You will be 16 participants joining the seminar and you will be representing different
organizations and coming from all over the country.

For those of you joining from Kampala you will have to get to the location on your own
and pay for transport. Monday on the first day of the seminar you will be reimbursed for
transportation for the week.

For the rest of you coming from outside of Kampala, It is your responsibility to get to the
hotel Monday morning. You will have to find accommodation for yourself, and you will
also have to pay for the first night of accommodation and transport yourself. Monday
you will get the reimbursement for the week. It is presumed that you will arrive in
Kampala Sunday June 25th and will be going back on July 1st 2023. The budget for
accommodation is a maximum of 100.000 shilling pr. night.

The seminar will contain of two blocks.

Monday to Wednesday we will go through exercises and talk/learn about the different
tools within dialogue.
Thursday you will in small groups have to make your own little workshop, based on the
exercises we have bene going through, which you will have to host on Friday.
Friday you will have to host the small workshop for the rest of the participants and we
will round up the week. We will end with a dinner Friday before saying goodbye.
