Our society will be holding this event on 9 July 2023 at 8o’clock in the morning. We decided
to make DKX as our venue due to its room size which is able to accommodate around 1000
people and it is air-conditioned.Not to mention that , this event is fully sponsored by
ChinaPress and Yumyum Canteen and it is only opened for students from TARUMT so any
outsiders will be restricted.

The main objectives of this event is …

On the day , we expect that the approximate of people to join is 800 so we will set 4 speakers
in every corners of the hall.Moreover,we would be honored if you could deliver a short
speech during the event, sharing your insights and perspectives on [topic of speech]. The
duration of your speech would be 15minutes , and we will allocate time for a Question and
Answer session following your speech for about 5 minutes.Also, a short break for everyone
will be provided at 12pm.

This event is completely free to participate so there is no extra payment to be charged.We

would also be pleased to provide you with a first-class transportation arrangement during your
visit..Furthermore, as a token of our appreciation, we will be distributing a small gift and a
certificate of participation to you , so ensure a cohesive look for the group photo, we kindly
request you to wear a formal black suit on the day of the event.

Although our limited treasury does not permit any payments of fee to you and we also
understand that your schedule may be very demanding , but we still hope that your interest in
our [timu] will be a sufficient incentive for you to be with us.We await excitedly for your
