SPEAKER BRIEF

Thank you very much for sharing your time and expertise in The Greatest Marketing Man,
August 9-10, 2018, Sofitel Philippine Plaza, to ensure that we are able to serve your needs and
help you in your presentation success please do take time to read the following guidelines:

Time of Arrival

Please arrive at the conference area 1 hour before your schedule of presentation to allow us
time to assist you with any technical stuff you may need before your presentation and to keep
the program flow in order.

REGISTRATION

During the day of your presentation please proceed to the event registration area. Your speaker
assistant will be waiting to guide you inside the conference area.

PRESENTATION

PowerPoint Presentation

Your power point presentation should be sent to orlyballesteros@exlinkevents.com or


info@exlinkevents.com not later than August 7, 2018. In case you cannot send your
PowerPoint presentation on the said date, please coordinate to us.

You don’t need to bring your laptop computer for your presentation. All presentations will be
loaded on to a common laptop by the technician, prior to the start of the Conference.

In case you want to use your own laptop please be 15 minutes earlier and go directly to the
presentation control area, we are very happy to assist you in setting-up your presentation.

If you are using Mac Computer please bring your own VGA adapter or connector.

We advise that you use a minimum of size 38 fonts as the smallest font in your presentation
to make it readable to the delegates seated at the end of the conference area.

There will be a speaker’s area where you can check your presentation. An assistant will also be
provided to help you if you have other needs.

We also would like to inform you that we will be providing the attendees a copy of your
presentation. Please prepare a presentation that you can share to the public if the one you will
use during the event have sensitive information that you cannot share. Please do send a copy
of your presentation which can be shared to public on or before August 12, 2018.

SPEAKER READY TABLE

We have designated a speaker’s table where all speakers can seat together and have time to
network and get to know each other. Also, your speaker’s assistant will be near the table in
case you may need something. Please do not hesitate to call your assistant should any need
arises.

AUDIO VISUAL

The following Audio Visual Equipment will be available during the conference:
• LED Projector
• Laptop
• Lectern and Microphone
• Clicker and Pointer

All presentations will be loaded on to a common laptop prior to the start of the conference.
Should you require other technical needs, please do advise our speaker handler a day before
the conference in order to advise you immediately if your request is possible or not.

PRESENTATION TIME

A time keeper will be in front of the audience to give you the following signals:
• 2 Minutes Left
• STOP/Wrap up for 1 minute

If you have not already sent your CV or profile, please do send it not later than August 5,
2018 in order to prepare for your introduction.
