"TERMS OF PRESENTATION"

You must agree to these terms in order to confirm your assignment.

#1. LANGUAGE:
All abstracts and presentation must be delivered in English - the official language of this
conference.
#2. LENGTH OF PRESENTATION:
A total of 20 minutes has been allocated for each talk (unless you receive different instructions
from your Session Chair). It is recommended that the talk be no longer than 15 minutes,
allowing 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
#3. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
You may present your talk only with PowerPoint computer projection, FORMATTED FOR PC.
If you use a MAC system, you need to save all portions of the PowerPoint to PC format. Photos
should also be saved to PC format through Photoshop or similar format. All portions of your
MAC PowerPoint presentation must be saved in PC format so that the onsite PC computers will
be able to open your files.
NOT PERMITTED:
You may not bring your own laptop, CD or memory device directly to the session room because
of the time it takes to switch between computers during the session and the potential for crashing
the onsite system. Videos and photos must be EMBEDDED in your PowerPoint file. Videos and
photos must be formatted for PC. (This includes "QuickTime" and any other formats.) Please
test your presentation on a PC computer to ensure that all videos and photos open correctly.
Please bring your PowerPoint file presentation to Registration desk at ICMSC 2016 event a
day before you talk; please name your ppt file with familyname_ICMSC2016 (ex:
Nugroho_ICMSC2016.ppt) .
#4. ALL PRESENTERS MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE.
The 1st ICMSC 2016 cannot subsidize registration fees, hotel or travel costs.
The early registration discount deadline is September 20, 2016. Register early to save money.
#5. CANCELLATION:
It creates problems for the conference to have empty slots in the program if presenters do not
show up. If you are not able to be at your scheduled presentation time, you must find a substitute
to present the abstract or notify the conference office well in advance by email or fax. If you do
not intend to attend ICMSC 2016, please contact this office to withdraw your abstract.
