Remarks:

1. All workers allowed to enter site premises should have individual CR.
2. Request Log in and Log out before and after work on site.
3. No welding activity inside the compound.
4. Contractors are not allowed to use the compound’s electricity and water line.
5. After completion, restore damaged/disturbed existing structure and site development.
6. Maintain proper coordination with the representatives during the whole duration of project.
7. Common ground will be connected to old test pit.
8. Verify electrical panels if it is scheduled for remove and replacement or reuse.
9. No existing drainage for gutter and floor drains.
