ISSUED BY IASONAS ZACHARIOUDAKIS

A. CHANGE OVER PROCEDURE OF AUX BOILERS FROM HFO TO DO

Aux Boilers are idle and one of the two HFO/DO pumps is running circulating
the HFO into piping. The temperature of the HFO is around 120-1300C subject to
the HFO specs and the setting of Temp Controller while the HFO pressure is
around 19-20 bars subject also to the setting of Pressure Controller.
Additionally, we confirm that the three way valve G111 drives oil to “Mixing
Tube” position.

In order to change over from HFO to DO, below steps must be followed:

(a) Access to the Purifier Room,

(b) Close the manual valves of Aux Boilers heater and
(c) Turn the three way valve (HFO/DO) to DO position.
